Summer time lean bulk cycle

Hey guys just wanted to get some opinions on my next cycle I'm about to start up next month. The goal is to always add some size while maintaining low bf. So keep the abs and add some good quality size.
Stats:
6'4 226lbs at about 10-12% body fat. I can see the veins on my stomach over my abs.
31 years old.
Diet: macros are currently at-
Protein-380g
Carbs-600g
Fat-120g
So far this has been working for me and if anything I might up the macros I will not lower them for the cycle.
Past cycle experience: 4 cycles
I've used test, eq, deca, mast, anadrol, winny and anavar.
Didn't like the eq to much and handle everything else well. The winny I only ran at 50mg for about 4 weeks. Didn't mind it but worried about weak tendons becoming and issue and don't want to lose anytime due to injury. Not interested in tren at this point.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-16 test cyp 750mg
Weeks 1-16 deca 500mg
Weeks 1-16 mast E. 400mg
Daily Cialis 10mg
Daily Adex. 0.5mg
Daily Prami. 0.5mg
Now this is where I'm really looking for the advice. I'd like to run anavar and proviron for 6 weeks but I've never done proviron before. I was wondering if I should run the anavar at 80mg and the proviron at 25mg or go anavar at 60mg and proviron at 50mg. Yes cost is a factor in why I chose those numbers. Will using liver support as well.
Pct not needed.

I like your cycle, and currently doing test deca myself, so I'll be following what people tell you.

However I'd like to comment on the adex/prami. Have you dialed in those doses? Or is just for precaution
 
So the Adex I was able to dial in based off other cycles and this is my sweet spot. Libido through the roof, great erections and general overall great wellbeing. The Prami was dosed at that level for precaution. I should also mention I don't have access to caber which is why I was forced to take Prami.
 
I'll be honest not a big fan of "lean-bulking" concept.. You either leaning or bulking.. Think about it, you need calories to grow, but to lean you have to cut calories..You can't have it both ways! Many have tried and you see some Great White Buffalo's here and there.. But the vast majority will have to pick one...
 
@Flaming Dragon Ok fair enough. I worded my goal incorrectly. I would like to add some mass while retaining abs and vascularity even if it's only 5-10lbs. However I will not be cutting calories and I know with the test/deca/mast I can achieve this goal. For technicality purposes what should I call this?
