You have a very good point about oral aas being hard to find while phs are available and generally do what theyre suppose to. I know alot of guys here dont like prohormones and I used to be on that bandwagon too. But after several bunk orals I might finish off my next cycle with a ph.

I remember when prohormones were prohormones, starting with androstendione. I tried the old 1-ad (1-androstenediol) trying to cut up one summer. it gave noticeable effects and worked well. 1-ad, as you probably know, is a prohormone to 1-testosterone, aka dihydroboldenone. there have been threads here asking about 1-test and its effects. ive even seen it posted that some ugls were said to be carrying it. one was called hardcore labs. imagine that, a "prohormone" into a steroid sold by hardcore labs. after that comes methyl-1-test. I used methyl-1-test for 3 weeks and gained 10 lbs while losing body fat. heres an interesting article by Patrick Arnold where he says m1t, and some of the others listed, are "at least as strong if not stronger than anything you could ever get your hands on". thinksteroids.com/articles/anabolic-steroids-drug-development-pipeline. m1t was the original "prohormone". many others have been released since then, most of them are real steroids. some are prohormones, like 7-ment, or even halodrol, but have activity of their own. I actually came across this site way back looking up a claim about a product called furaguno or furazadrol having the effect of increasing androgen receptor density. that it would intensify the effects of other steroids. heres the article by William Llewellyn that led me to this forum. thinksteroids.com/articles/steroid-furaguno-lower-cholesterol. furaguno is the unmethylated version of furazabol. furazabol is what the sprinter ben johnson was supposed to be taking when instead he got caught taking winstrol. furaguno, and others might be an interesting drug if an ester was attached and injected. sort of like madol (desoxymethyltestosterone) to desoxytestosterone. heres a quick link ergo-log.com/desoxytestosterone.html i even read some real prohormones work when injected as opposed to oral "nutritional supplements".
whether or not anyone chooses to use "prohormones", or "real" steroids, the subject is very interesting.

It is very interesting. I too used the original 1AD and had solid gains. Most definitely the most noticeable gains of any cycle I have ever done. ive tried other prohormones but nothing ever ccompared so I made the leap to aas and have the same problems finding something legit as I did when I used PH.
