I had a DEXA scan yesterday for the first time ever and my bodyfat was 8.9%!! Im 2 weeks out from my show now and the operator guy said he does scans on a lot of competitors close to their shows and I am right on target! I'll just keep on keepin' on and i should make 8% by the show i think. Plus, another bonus is my bone density shows that i am in the high range of normal almost to the above normal range which is super great considering my age (55 in 2 weeks) and both my mom and especially my Gran both suffered from osteoporosis!
