But in this case I joined a thread, specifically about superdrol, and decided that I would like to ask a question about current opinions, from users of superdrol, to complete my decision of how I want to run this compound. Trust me. I have been reading this entire thread since it was created as well as read about superdrol dosing in other threads as well. I have even read the profiles of the compound on several different sites. I have always done my own research. Sometimes it's just nice to talk about it

So, I ran superdrol.
And I can say that I stacked with with 500 year, 1000 deca (never again, my dick told me so), 100tren eod
I got good results just popping my 10mg pills split up. 10mg preworkout will give you insane strength to the point that your androgen receptor sites muscles will get so strong you need to be careful. Especially on your benching, chest or close grip.
I went from 218 to holding a 245 after 16 weeks of deca and test and the front load of superdrol.
But the 20/20/30/30 sdrol shot up my on cycle weight about 20-25lbs in the third week.
I gained it in a week.
I remember this epic workout I did 6 sets of incline db Press 12 reps with 100lbs db thenflat for 6 Sets. I did like 30 fucking sets lol.
I hurt myself. Too strong.
Throw some external reputation with cable 12-15 reps 3 sets twice a week when you’re on this shit to save your rotator cuff.
Up the carbs my man, your body will supercompensate THE FUCK out of your glycogen stores.
I suggest 1oz of water per lb of bodyweight and 2g protein/lb LBM and lime 3 grams of carbs per lb.
If you feel like having a free meal, do it up man. This is the best steroid next to trest or Tren. So clean.
Oh and you will likely get very tired. Manage it with caffeine but try not to consume any preworkout, focus on getting good vasodialtors like cialis, 8g citrulline, half a gallon of water with eaa and cyclic dextrin Intra.
Sdrol will swell you up.
I feel like I would lose all the gains if I didn’t cruise to assist in the elevated fat oxidation and glucose metabolism and carbohydrate storage, that’s what test is good at afterlife (among other things)
