Weighed 204 today. Probably b/c I've been lazy the past 2 days, didn't go to the gym, and ate poorly. Could also just be water weight.
I had ribs at a nice restaurant last night with my girlfriend. Ribs, potatoes, green beans, and 1 alcoholic beverage. Tasted damn good.
Had a killer workout today. Benched 385x5 which suprised me. Since I hadn't gone in at all since Monday, I decided to do chest, shoulders, bis, and tris today. I only did a few sets of each as to not kill myself, but it really felt good. I felt quit strong as well.
No sweating today at all either.
200mg feels great!
