I will upon completion of my cycle and cleanout. I'm going to run a few more days at 200mg, then clean out for 3-5 days and afterwards I'll post the pictures. I've been taking them almost every day, I think I skipped 2 when I wasn't feeling well.
 
Weighed 204 today. Probably b/c I've been lazy the past 2 days, didn't go to the gym, and ate poorly. Could also just be water weight.

I had ribs at a nice restaurant last night with my girlfriend. Ribs, potatoes, green beans, and 1 alcoholic beverage. Tasted damn good.

Had a killer workout today. Benched 385x5 which suprised me. Since I hadn't gone in at all since Monday, I decided to do chest, shoulders, bis, and tris today. I only did a few sets of each as to not kill myself, but it really felt good. I felt quit strong as well.

No sweating today at all either.


200mg feels great!
 
Now that I've dropped from 400mg back to 200mg, I really haven't felt much of anything. Slightly clammy at times during the day, but nothing really worth noting.

I think I'll give this 2 more days and then call it quits. At that point, I'll try to clean out and see if I made any progress...
 
I feel like my stomach has tightened up alot, but I don't notice any difference in my waist measurement. I'm hoping I'm holding some water, though I don't feel like I am.

My layer of fat is definitely thinner and I have less to grab now.

Tomorrow will be my last dose of 200mg, then I'll start the cleanout. I may run another dnp cycle in a few weeks as I don't think I did as good as I could have from this one. I've been eating fruit all day and protein. I dunno, I just feel like I could have done better. Maybe dropped the carbs a bit since I think I was eating a bit too much.

Anyhow, I think this run is going to yield decent results.
 
very interested in the before and after pics. Oh, plz. don't post shots of your bush and your Johnson like that other guy did (in the classifieds) about a week ago.
 
lol, i have pants on in all photos, and having such a high class gf, i have to keep very well groomed at all times so you wont see a big bush!

I'll be posting pictures in about a week.
 
End of Cycle

Well, I decided to stop at day 9 as I wasn't feeling the effects anymore. I now feel like I'm holding water in my midsection, but who knows.

The next week will tell the tale!
 
damn you are way more sensitive to this stuff than i am. i am on day 5 at 200 mg and i really havent felt crap ohter than some hot flashes here and there that lasted no longer than a minute. i will be bumping it up to 400 mg and hopefully i can get roasting.
 
400mg nearly killed me when i had sex with my girlfriend. she thought i was going to die, and i felt like it. my body is sensitive to everything i've taken.
 
day 3 at 400mg for me. not feelin too bad. ran 2 days at 200 then bumped it. i sweat just standing around and was sweatin real good at the bbq i went to yesterday, but nothing too bad. 2.5 gallons of water a day and lots of fruit and i'm doin ok. stomach is noticably smaller, so far dnp is working awsome. might bump it up to 600 in another 3 days but we'll see how the next 3 go at 400 first.
 
yup took my 2nd 200 mg dose about 2 hours ago and i can already feel a little sweatier just laying on the couch, but nothing i cant handle.
 
Wow, I can't even do 400mg and you're gonna do 600!? heh. I'd probably die. I was definitely holding some water because I think things are starting to look better now. Saturday or Sunday next weekend is when I'll be posting all of the pictures I've taken along the way for those who are interested.

Anybody else experience a rebound from dnp usage. My BBT is still low as hell (95s) and it should be around 97.7. Being this low means my thyroid is not working properly and that my adrenals aren't working well either. I take supplements to aid both of them, but they've had little effect thus far.

I feel like I was leaner while ON dnp than I am now that I stopped it. Maybe it's just paranoia, maybe its not. My last 200mg dose was Saturday, so it's been 3 days without it so far.

We'll see what the week brings and hopefully my thyroid and adrenals function properly again so I can continue burning fat!
 
T3 levels seem to take a few days longer to recover than the time it takes DNP to leave your system. The metabolic edge DNP gives you makes this factor almost insignificant, except perhaps some extended low-energy/feeling like crap. You're at day 3 now so you can resume a normal diet with emphasis on the glycogen supercompensation. It's funny how the glycogen can totally fill your muscles yet also give the appearance of being more cut, due to the tightness of the skin and the cuts that will begin to show. Hang in there, and play close attention to carb intake right now and take advantage of your depleted levels. Sort of like a CKD weekend carb-up, the effects in the mirror should be very encouraging.
 
Actually, I feel great the past few days. I have plenty of energy. I've been eating the diet outlined in my original post, all protein/fat during the day, and pro/carbs post workout. Do you think it would be beneficial to eat extra carbs for the next few days?
 
I'm going to start right now consuming lots of carbs, and I'll do it tomorrow also. On my glycogen depletion diet I did, my carb-up lasted about 36 hours and worked well.
