Was shocked to all hell that I didn't burn up during my workout. Didn't even really get hot. O well, I'm certainly not complaining as with my luck I'll be sweating my ass off tonight as I did yesterday.

Also, weight was at 205 which makes sense since I always weigh more at night after eating all day. And I had workout pants on instead of shorts.

Quit weighing.....its not usefull at all due to water retention. You'll drive yourself crazy and when you muscle go flatter than hell you'll think your getting fatter than hell. The best thing is to screw the scale and mirror for the cycle and then monitor 3-5 clean days afterwards.

Ok, only reason I was doing it is b/c people were interested. I honestly don't care about my weight, though my face looks like I swallowed a watermellon :)

Well fuck, I thought I was going to pass out from exhaustion early and I wasn't hot for most of the afternoon or evening at all. Now it's 11:30 and I'm roasting. Son of a bitch lol.

Time to crank up the AC!

DNP needs carbs to work at peak efficiency. If you don't have enough carbs (sugar) in your blood stream you will get nauseous and possibly throw up. DNP is basically like cutting carbs by itself, so there is no need to reduce carb intake further. If the heat's too much try to avoid starchy foods and complex carbs, stick to things like fruit, soda, and candy if you start to get sick.

so the basic concensus is to keep card intake at a moderate level while keeping fat low so that the dnp burns the dietary and stored fat, then obviously keep protein at a high level. because i am about to star soon and was thinking to try and keep most of my carbs to fruit, and try to keep the fat low and the protein high by consuming lots of chicken.

Yes, try to get as many of the carbs as you can from simple sources. If you eat a big plate of pasta you'll sweat your ass off. See, your body uses fats and carbs to produce ATP, which is the body's energy currency. DNP causes the carbs to be turned into heat instead of ATP, so not only do you need more and more fat (or carbs) to produce the same amount of ATP, but you start radiating heat. So the more carbs you eat, the more heat you'll produce. But you still need a moderate amount of carbs to regulate blood sugar, etc., so you don't want to eliminate them either.

Heretic and others with experience, how many carbs can I eat? I am very sensitive to carbs and as soon as I eat them normally I get fat in a hurry. Should I be eating carbs with every meal? Any diet recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I was only following my low carb diet b/c that work's well when I'm not supplementing with dnp.

Thanks for the help.

I did get hot as hell already after I had 4 pop tarts... so much for my diet! LOL. My girl keeps a junk cupboard here and I couldn't resist.

Sorry if I'm repeating info, but I can't read all the posts. I go calories in calories out with a deficeincy you will lose weight. Stay away from the simple carbs, and go for the complex carbs that will not burn so wuickly. But as a weightlifter you gotta get your carbs bro. Most importantly after your wkouts. I think and tell my clients it's almost more important to get your carbs in after a wkout than to consume protein by itself. I too am sensitive to carbs, but when shredding down, I normaly consume more carbs than when bulkin. Just a different type.

Pop tarts are not good.

supirman from wbbig.com? how has is affected strength or have you just been doin cardio?

'tis me, but I don't post over there much as I find there is nothing useful gonig on over there. And Chris Mason is an arrogant asshole that always replies with this "i'm a righteous, holier than thou, superior being" attitude. He can eat a dick.

Yesterday, my diet consisted of mainly simple carbs as H said... a few bottles of pop, 3 apples, and I did have a potato. Of course, I had my chicken/protein shake every 2.5 hours as usual. Stayed away from fat as much as I could. I didn't count anything yesterday, so I'm going to make sure to keep my caloric intake today the same as it was pre-dnp, only replacing the fat. I'll be consuming ~44g protein, 36g carbs each meal during the day, and the two pwo meals will still be 32g protein and 90g carbs, though I may skimp on the second pwo complex carbs and make them simpler just so I can sleep better.

And my bed had puddles on it last night. I sweated my balls off from 11-3, then it seemed to stop and I got cold. My resting temp has plumeted to 95.3 today, which is damn low. This must be wreaking havoc on my thyroid. I've got good thyroid recover aids though, so I should be fine later.

Taking 200mg of dnp right now, will go to the gym for some light cardio in a bit as well.

I'll report back with weight (not that it matters to me, but for others' reference) and how I feel.

Take care guys, and thanks for the help.

Just curious if your suggestions is from experience dieting with or without dnp? I for one don't want to roast my ass of and be incapable of moving - which is what many are saying happens with complex carbs. And as long as I stay within my previous caloric intake, I don't think it will matter much with the type of carbs since DNP will burn the hell out of them anyway. Maybe I will try alternating simple and complex meals today... We'll see.

Morning weight: 202.

Cardio: 28 minutes w/ avg HR of 120. Noticed that I was breathing much harder than normal at 120bpm. Felt like I was at 135-140.

Not much heat, but eating chicken and rice now. My girl and I are heading to Columbus to check out an apartment, so I won't be updating anything until sometime tonight or maybe tomorrow.

As stated, I was out of town yesterday. Ok, in the car on the way there for 3 hours, I had the AC full blast straight on me. The felt warm, but the front of me was fine. The back of me, however, was drenched. I sweated like pig as we were looking at the great apartment we found, and then at the mall we checked out. I took benadryl (sp?) twice yesterday, both times it made me drowsy as hell. Luckily, the second was before bed. I slept the entire night, 8 hours, and didn't wake up with any sweat around.

I thought there would still be sweat on the bed... ?

The gym doesnt open til 12:30 today, so that's when I'll be doing my light cardio.

Take care all.

Still no heat today. This is day 4. I took 200mg about 3 hours ago. No nausea, no heat. I'm going to the gym for some light cardio in a bit, so I'll see what happens.

Increase your dose to 400mg.The increase will hit you like a tonne of bricks.Taking the moderate intensity cardio approach is very wise.I tried high intensity once and really struggled to catch my breath hours after the session.

I'll might up to 400mg tonight or tomrrow. I was planning on 4 days at 200mg as recommended, just to get used to it. I may take another 200mg tonight. I know it'll hit me like a ton of bricks...

:)

The way you have felt 200mg means your sensitive to its effects. I would suggest going up though. Take your second dosage by 4-5pm. You'll peak around 11pm-12am tonight and sleep will suck but it will be worth it in the end.

I did up it today. Been a bit hot today, but it WAS 80 degrees outside and I was out in the sun.

Weighed 201 at the gym, did 24 minutes of cardio at 115bpm. Felt like I was going 140bpm at least.

Will update again tomorrow.

Roasting, roasting, roasting.... that's me tonight! I think my girlfriend will wake up in a lake.

And my cum was yellow... now that's a weird thing to see!

Day 5

Bumped up to 400mg yesterday. Falling asleep was tough, but once again the benadryl eventually knocked my ass out. I slept all night with no sweating at all.

Taking my first 200mg now at 6:30am, will take the other in the afternoon. I'm going to the gym for light cardio in a bit, then will lift later today around 5.

Haven't felt lethargic at all yet; my ephedra keeps me hyper when i need it - during cardio and during workouts.

Off for now, will report back later.

Bodyweight: 199
Cardio 20 minutes @ 120bpm.

Sweating was a bit higher than normal, but not much. Felt clammy, shoulders and forehead were actually wet, but not enough to drip.

Feeling good so far at 400mg.

Quite hot today. Mainly just my forehead dripping sweat and clammy everywhere else. Nothing too horrific yet.
