Supplements that Lower Heart Rate

how was sleep prior to tren? curious to see if that dan shen herb helps
not great but not horrible, wake up alot but fall sleep pretty quick, think my body has to get used to tren again. last cycle wasnt this bad the whole time. def sleep better without tren. but it works so well i dont want to stop using it.

thanks for sharing. my concern with long and frequent cardio is it being catabolic.
How huge are you to worry about catabolism when doing cardio? I find it funny when pros do cardio specifically for heart health and there's gymbros worrying about losing size more than dropping dead from heart problems.

Well, it's up to you . Size vs health, and I bet the loss would be so miniscule unless you are competing for your pro card that every cm matters.

Cardio is the most natural thing to lower your blood pressure and have a healthy heart rate. Maybe you're looking for meds then try nebivolol or metropolol, just ask your doc.

Agreed. and not to mention being enhanced clearly helps prevent muscle loss. how many minutes of moderate intensity cardio per week u think? Seems like most bodybuilders prefer that style of cardio. thanks.

This is a pharmaceutical beta blocker. I would ask a doctor if needed and dosage. It was prescribed to be for high bpm.

Still not sure if you're a troll many in another popular thread think you are.
all my questions are legit. I was asking what dose u tried personally that worked for you. I assmued u tried it

right but only problem is bodybuilding and running don't really mix.. can I find a happy medium with moderate intensity cardio?
Any other form of cardio that is low impact, biking, swimming…also it only has to get heart rate up, doesnt have to be a marathon

The absolute best thing you can do is learn breathing techniques or meditation. They will help you feel calmer through the day and sleep better at night. There is plenty of info about both on the internet. Both can be done any time you get a spare 5 or 10 min through the day and they cost nothing. No supplement will work as well.
Very good answer. That's why I practice QiGong everyday, I learned the disipline from a Chinese QG master years ago. Keeps me balanced more than anything else. I have after performing QG movements/meditation taken my BP and resting HR, never fails to significantly lower both. And yes, supplements won't work anywhere as well as the old TCM practices. The Chinese know the value of their traditions, why do you think their society is 5000 yrs. old?
