surgery done with

i had surgery 2 days ago on my shoulder.. they had to stitch up my labrum and my bicep ligament that attaches to my shoulder was very lose as well...

i'm messed up on painkillers rght now... and last night i in fell down the stairs becuase i was so messed up... i'm sure that didnt help my recovery at all...

anywyas.. he said it will be 6 months till i can lift heavy...

We had very simular surgeries, mine was rotator and bicep. it was 6 months before I was working out normal and 1yr before I was 100%.

appreciate the kind words... i wasnt expectin this much pain... its amazing how hard it is to dress yourself wtih one arm.. lol
the doc said everything went welll... i got my first checkup next wednesday...

oh well.. i need a demerol (sp?)

Glad it went well Whid. I remember when i busted my back and i had to wait for one year, i thought it was a long time but time flies real quick. I'm sure you'll be back in the gym in no time.
