Hey meso freaks. Just wanted to update all on my surgery next Wednesday the 30th. I will be going in Wednesday morning and will receive the following on my right shoulder:

1. SLAP shoulder arthroscopy/surgery
2. RCR shoulder rotato cuff repair
3. SAD shoulder arthroscopy/surgery
4. LCE shoulder arthroscopy/surgery
5. EXT debride shoulder arthroscopy/surgery

I heard a pop a couple months back while working out and decided it wasn't healing on it's own. Went in for xrays(insurance purposes) then MRI. Not a huge tear in the Labrum but 8mm or so. I am hoping for a fast recovery.

I will be in a sling for 2 weeks then back to orthopedics and the nurse will take out sutures and then 4 weeks of rehab until I see the doctor again.

He will be giving me stem cell injections and I will be running and okay'd by him stack.

1. Test at 100mg a week (Yes I am going back on)
2. NPP 150mg a week
3. GH at 2 iu's

I thought about running BPC-157 & TB500 but really want to see how the above stack works along side the stem cells.

I ran a similar stack after my right distal bicep tendon surgery and recovered nicely.

If anyone has any questions let me know. I am sitting around 265 pounds now with not training upper body for the last 2 months. I'm hoping not to loose no more than 5 pounds or so, but no worries if I do. Muscle memory is the best.

Didn't know mainstream doctors were doing the stem cell injections. I know Jack Nicklaus had them done on his back last year, said he had good results. Good luck, sounds like you have a very good plan

You should heal up nicely with the gh, npp and stem cells. Good luck brother.
What brand gh are you running or, however unlikely I know it might be, were you able to get a script from a doc?

what caused the issue initially? Bench pressing?

My son had a SLAP procedure from a football injury in high school. The orthopedics said it's a painful experience regarding surgery.

I too had one from football. That’s where my opiate addiction started. Shit wasn’t fun. I’ve had dozens of dislocations since.

But since I’ve started working out religiously and “bodybuilding”, no more dislocations. I guess it just takes building the muscle around it to assist the connective tissue.

I still have a different range of motion with my left and right shoulder and get nagging pain sometimes, but it doesn’t keep me from lifting just as heavy as my good shoulder.

@mands as you know, rehab is the most important aspect of all of this. It will determine how well you stay healthy. Prayers to you!

Good luck. I had a SLAP tear about 15 years ago. I never got it repaired. That shoulder feels mostly normal as long as I keep up with my rotator cuff exercises every week.

How long ago was the biceps tendon surgery? Did your arm feel normal afterwards? I tore my left one deadlifting in 2012. I had to get 2 surgeries to fix it, but I still have limited rotation in that elbow. That was the injury that convinced me to stop training for one rep maxes for good.

good luck with the surgery I did it twice on my left and must say what you do to take care of it afterward with the therapy is what makes or breaks the recovery

The surgeon's gonna freak out how big you are though haha.

Seriously hope it all goes well for you big guy and heal up fast...you should be back in the gym soon enough!

Good luck with the surgery @mands! I will keep an eye out for your updates.

When you say you are going back "on" does that mean you've been off test for a length of time?
Thanks man. Yes have been el natural for over a year now.

Thanks dude. I actually will be running mauves through this. The endo and I talked briefly about it and insurance will just not cover that for surgery.

What's up big icky! Initially has been abuse over the years but the main culprit was floor presses. Wasn't even using heavy weights. Just was lying on the ground went to curl up the weight almost hammer style and pop. Of course I finished my workout. Just dumb man.

Glad you are on track and can manage and keep building. Thank you and yes I will be all over the rehab. It's almost in a strange way new motivation for me.

Good to hear man and thank you. Almost 5 years ago for the bicep surgery. It felt strange for a while but now 100% and better peak :). I agree as we age we have to train smarter. I was just dumb on this one.

Thanks to all of you guys for the comments and motivation. This will keep me focused.

I will keep everyone updated when I can.
