Sym made it very clear that he is not accepting orders at this time. Once he is caught up he will get back on top of it he will let us know. No reason to be upset about the lack of communication because he communicated very clearly that shop is not open currently. Read people, read.

Folks, I hate to do this; but I have to stop accepting orders for a couple of days.
Trying to fill orders between compounding different things is just getting to be too much for one guy.
Everyone who has correspondence with me through email for an order will have their order packed and shipped today or tomorrow.
I just can't take any more orders until I can get all these raws processed into usable form; and have an assessment of what I truly have available.

It is getting to the point that I have to look to see if I will have enough of this or that to fill an order; and I can't work with wondering if I will have to go back and tell someone I oversold something. I had to do that twice a couple weeks ago and I hated it.
I appreciate your patience with this and I hope to be finished in a couple of days.

It's 2020. You don't NEED someone to give you a tracking number to track packages. Every mail item addressed to you can be viewed on shippers website

My orders never show up on Informed delivery for some reason. Then I get home and I’m pleasantly surprised. I was hoping I’d have this order today based on his last post saying current orders were being shipped that day. He must have gotten caught up and they went out a day or so later.

Tbh I think my first one didn’t show either. No biggie always place small orders just in case something ever happens. Not saying it has but I’m always cautious

100% agree on small orders. I’ve always liked to place a few small orders and slowly build my stash just in case. Sometimes shit happens and I’d rather lose out on something small.

this was my first order with this source so it was just over the minimum purchase. Everything so far went smooth and quick. I actually got my order in a few hours before he suspended orders, so I’m sure mine was one of the last to go out.
