When donating blood any difference if they take plasma, rather than just filling a bag.. besides the time between.

Yeah huge difference.
First off... how high is your hematocrit?
Then you gotta donate reds or if you have the proper blood type dbl reds.
Proper hydration is critical because it lowers hct.
A grapefruit a day can lower you a point to point and a half in a month.
If you have an hct of 54 or under you should be fine unless you are going into a big cycle.
Also dont donate too often. Every 56 days is way to often due to the potential iron/ferritin crash.
It sucks and takes forever to recover.

Huh? Doc signed a form so I could donate more frequently and has me going once a month.


My hemo isn’t even terrible. This lab is from last week.


Edit: when you go to a blood donation center their method of pricking your finger to check hemo is crap. Last month they said I was at a 56. My labs show less than 50. No way that donations dropped me 6 points.

Go to usps.com. I see in my email every morning around 8:30am everything being delivered. They scan the front of the envelopes to you.

All the Amazon stuff is labeled in the ID. For this, you gotta look at it as soon as it ships, it’s not like it gets labeled “your pack of drugs”.

You’re going to buy UGL adex? Something that is dosed so low? And trust that it’s accurate? Buy p-h-a-r-m-a. It’s too important to be riding a rollercoaster.

I have pharma aromasin for myself. I have purchased his adex for other people.

That being said I have placed a couple of smaller orders and I’ve been very pleased with the product, packaging, and turnaround time.

I also had a mixup on my last order where I recieved diamond cutter instead of some ancillaries I’d ordered, and sym responded to my email and corrected the issue very fast. Will continue to do business with Sym in a larger volume. Very impressed.
