Double-check the email address to make sure it’s exactly the same as what he has in his pastebin. That’s been a reoccurring problem.

I wish you would have said something earlier. He’s out for the next two weeks so this isn’t going to get resolved until then. But assuming Sym returns, you’ll get your stuff.

Guys should use Informed Delivery to get updates on shipping. I use it for work to track regular mail. It’s a free service and easy to use. Don’t need tracking number at all. Just need to send bitcoins and monitor to see what ships.
I Wanted to say something earlier but I decided to give him a chance and not just run to the boards and whine about him not being fast. Seems like I should give the guy a chance before I go bad mouthing him. But his response emails to my growing concerns never really did directly address where my package is/was. I saw he was having surgery but my order was in like 10 days prior to his posting that original message. Even just an email that said " hey I couldn't ship before my surgery, but ill get on it right after" would have totally pacified me but going dark with nothing addressing my questions worries me.
Thank you for replying and I will definitely look into that informed Delivery. I may have more questions to ask.

Sym never comes back from this “Elective Surgery” that suddenly goes bad and ends in ultimately his death. Keys to his undisclosed location “Sym Lab” are missing.

Oh nooo, what will everyone do?

Imagine suddenly a long lost silent partner chimes in a few months later, tells us all he wants is to make any outstanding orders whole...?

I doubt sym is being malicious, it's just weird cause he was replying quickly and after $ suddenly nothing, and then an automated reply about no services or shipments for 2 weeks because of a "service disruption", and nothing in the thread?

This is inaccurate.
After I confirmed your payment; you asked me if I was ready for the address.
I said "yes, please send the address."
You replied with the address and "Thanks. Have a good one."

This signifies that the conversation is over and the business is in my hands to handle.

Then this morning I see the message: "Is my shit getting shipped?" and I replied "Yes." to this message.

So to say that I took your money and then did not reply further is completely inaccurate and misleading.
Your order was handled exactly the same way as all others are handled. I do not provide tracking or shipment confirmations unless there is a problem with the order; and this has been constant for the duration of my business here.

Next time be a little more fucking patient before you hit panic mode and start leg humping.

More reason to sign up for informed delivery. Just download the app and then you don’t have to fret. You could literally watch it go from town to region to region to your little post office.

I completely agree with everything said here.

There will be no orders confirmed before I make an announcement here of return to business.
And, while I do appreciate anyone who has faith in my services; please do not answer for me in my defense. It is not helpful.
I have to admit my selfishness in this area: I enjoy receiving positive feedback for what I accomplish; and that is only because I value working hard to fix my own mistakes. I have made mistakes and I will continue to do so; but, honestly, I take just as much pride in correcting myself as I do in the flawless orders.
While I do not want to be guilty until proven innocent; I do want to correct my own mistakes, manage my own customer service, and reap the rewards of my own job done well. It is a pride thing and I am guilty of it.
I am not fussing or being disrespectful; but rather trying to point out that what is said here by @BigBaldBeardGuy is honestly the best thing for everyone involved---source and customer.
 
Hey guys, so I haven't posted on here for a while. My last post was pictures of TGI'S stuff when TGI was introducing himself. But i follow the threads just not regularly.
Just wanted to say that I have Sym a try for the first time 16 days ago. He took my payment but I have yet to see any delivery. He was good at responding to my emails but he never really answered them. I never received a solid answer to any of my questions. But they were good enough answers for me to believe that it was because of slow shipping or high attention to security, etc. This is also my first order with him. Two days ago he went dark. No replies to my emails. I dont have high hopes for seeing any returns on my investment. I'm thinking I'm out the money on this one.
Just thought I should share that with you guys.

I have and will provide tracking for any order that is outstanding for this amount of time.
There is no email in my box related to this matter and I do not have a PM related to this matter.
 
There have been many emails and questions about the Monero only timeframe:
It is forthcoming; but I do not have a specific date. I announced it here when I made the definite decision in my mind to implement it.
I announced it to allow time for preparation. It took me a day to learn efficient Monero use; so I imagine many can learn it more quickly. But it is not in effect yet.

With that said: It will definitely happen soon. I just cannot give a specific date.
 
This will be my last post for the day:

The order volume Thursday night was much greater than I anticipated. As a result, I am behind on those orders. They will all be dropped off by tonight; but they may not move until Monday. I apologize for this. I took yesterday, last night, and today to work on them; but I still was not fast enough to complete them all before closing time.

So everyone who had a payment confirmation will definitely have his order shipped.
In the event that I overlooked or miscued an order (it has happened more times than I am proud of); I will get it to you. I won't be completely crippled after surgery; but I will not be efficient enough to handle business as usual.
All customer service will continue during the order downtime. This means all reshipments, replacements, and other problem solving will still be tended to.
Just no new business until I announce it here.

Thank you all for your patience and for all those who wished me well next week.
