Not him. A few people asked this, and I answered that I had the same thing happen with my last order. I wouldn’t worry yet. Mine stayed in that status for 3 or 4 days. If it ends up over a week then I’d email Sym and get a tracking number.
Edit: ok I didn’t see you say 2 weeks! Sounds like an issue. I’d email him to see what he can do.
