Before this fully dies, did everyone that had a floater or issue complete a resolution with Sym. That’s the only thing that’s kept my torches unlit.

I reached an agreement with Sym. The last I heard from Sym was when I posted a few days ago that he had said he was still waiting for the new vials. After that I emailed him to see how long that would be. I am still waiting for a response. I will update once I receive a reply and once things are resolved.

I am hesitant to post too much because I obviously don't have all the details so it would be far better coming from him as I don't want to speak for him.

Hopefully everyone can reach a solution they are satisfied with. It is good to know that Meso members always have each others backs.

USPS and all other couriers have been like that. Apparently they are so overwhelmed some of the mail doesn't get scanned in for updating from what I was told.

So you guys don’t think the pack not arriving yet is anything to worry about? It did have an initial delivery date, but the day of it changed to “in transit arriving late delivery unknown” All things considered I’m not excited for my pack, I just get nervous about them being seized.

Damn, really had high hopes for this one. He came in testing his raws and finished products and had a nice setup. Doesn’t mean anything if you’re sending out hairs and ash in your vials though. Farewell, it was a nice run.

Agreed i have been watching this thread since last year. Everything seemed like it was going smooth and my first order i got three surprises in my vials like the bottom of a cereal box!

No I don’t think there is anything to worry about because the USPS is a cluster fuck right now. Delayed packs are common at the moment.

I had it happen to me before. My pack was suppose show up then boom it was gone. Few days later there was a card left in door. Not a greeting card either lol

If replacements are being received with floaters not sure how anyone can trust anything from this source. He said if he was asked to leave Meso he would. Might be time to consider that action.
