This is from another thread here on MESO. It’s worth posting for the community:

I would need/buy

200ml beaker
60ml syringe/s
.2um syringe filter for every 80ml
Appropriate amount of sealed sterile vials.
22 gauge needles
Caulking gun
I think thats every thing

Assuming you don't have a lab, obviously.

Clean and make sure beaker is completely dry.
Draw product in syringe and inject into beaker.
Put beaker on warmer to a warm product. A hot plate preferably. Never use a water bath.

Your product is ready to filter.
You'll need to realize that the vial, the exit tip of syringe filter and needles that touch the vials will need to be sterile. The beaker and the syringe will not be sterile. Your product will be sterile as it passes through the filter.

Have needle attached to filter and a needle in vial as a vent. Use the plastic needle sleeve to cover the needle on the syringe filter needle to keep it clean when not in vial filtering.

With 60ml syringe with no needle or filter, draw product to about 45ml then place in caulking gun. Attach filter with needle to syringe and fill vials. Should get about 4 vials filled. Detach syringe filter and do again. You should get about 2 turns (80ml) out of each syringe filter before needing to switch. It will get too hard to push through.

I just threw that one in there. Meaning I haven't had any issues with my injection sites like no lumps or crazy pain.

You guys are entrusting your safety in the hands of guys coming back and saying “I got an infection - it sucked”.

The guy who said amazon bottles are sterile is a moron. It’s amazon. Hmmm... amazon vs one jackass from MESO. How’s amazon doing these days? Lol.

I still said I am going to filter it. If I had head of what happened before I was injecting it I would not have injected obviously.

But I took his comment with a grain of salt. I am doing my research on them. Its either stop the cycle, use the pre steralized vials I have, or keep going. I am going route number 2 once I can confirm they are in fact sterile. I'm sure some guys bought the same vials as me, the green crimped 24 or 30 case I believe it was. Maybe someone else can chime in on it. The only reason I say that is because I virtually have no idea what I am doing when it comes to things like filtering and brewing, it seems quite simple but I ahve zero real life experience with it or getting supplies.

I emailed him 2 nights ago and he said he is still waiting on the vials. He said he is unsure when they will arrive so I just opted for a refund per his suggestion. I emailed him last night with my decision and am awaiting a response.

If I am forgetting anyone please let me know. I just want to keep track of those who are owed and make sure that things are made right for everyone.

Its been since the 3rd last I heard from him. He asked what he owed me and I said a reship of clean gear, I attached pictures of the contaminants. Sent a follow up on Monday. Nothing since.

At this rate I'm going 10/60/30 odds on clean gear reship/contaminated gear reship/radio silence

Yeah, I am. To some degree, we’re all rolling the dice with any UGL gear. Like I said about 20 pages back, I doubt this is a brand new problem. If people were getting infections, I think we would have heard about it in this thread. Overall, people are more inclined to leave a negative review or post about a bad experience with a product than they are to post when everything goes well—although there are a shitload of those “pack landed, everything looks great” or “get better soon! Love your gear!” posts in a few source threads.
It’s a gamble. Like others have said, it’s also a gamble that the shit I get to filter the gear is sterile or that I do it properly.
I’m not saying my choice is what everyone should do. We all determine what we’re comfortable with. I’ll keep you posted if I run into issues. MESO members are highly skilled at quality insults and clever memes and that would make for some good material.

There’s all kinds of pre-sterile sealed crimped vials available on amazon. You can see who the real seller is and check out their other offerings. Obviously don’t buy from the no name joe that also offers dog food and coffee mugs. But hospira is a REAL pharmaceutical brand not some guy assembling that shit in his kitchen.

Thanks man, after reading another post, the one above that I replied to, I answered my own question. But I like your pragmatic view on the stuff, like checking the sellers other products and all possible reviews and such. Solid info. Simple. But solid.

Yeah. I sent him another email on Tuesday since I hadn't heard since the 4th. Update if you do get a resolution.
