TB500 and BPC157 (while on Var)

BPC157 and TB500

Main issues

  • Ongoing shoulder pain / long biceps tendon (on/off for a year now) à most oft the nights I still have pain sleeping on that side, while bench pressing is mostly fine since September.
  • I overdid lower body training for way too long without a deload and at the end I even had pain / cramps in the Quads while just walking. It’s getting better by now. But in retrospect I should have waited with the start of my Anavar cycle until I was painfree.
  • In addition I developed some really annoying calf / shin pain (feels like shin splints or a pinched nerve) I can feel it basically always throughout the day and it gets way worse while squatting and deadlifting.
  • As I was benching way more weight than I used to (Thanks VAR), I also developed forearm and wrist issues (I do wear tight wrist wraps though).
--> I'm a freaking mess...

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Even though I’m still ON CYCLE, I’ve reduced training to a minimum. (Gyms are closed again atm)
  • Last time I squatted/deadlifted heavy weight is like 10 days ago. Did light weight sessions, but it starts to get really painful, so that I can’t transfer force at more than 70%.
  • Can’t remember when I trained without NSAR the last time
  • Did lots of stretching, foam rolling, and kept the legs warm
  • So far no change in the legs, wrists are slightly better by now.

Got myself 2 vials each of TB500 and BPC157 (tested and G2G)

Protocol:

BPC157:

0,25mg x 2ED

TB500:

1,5mg x E3D

I’ve stopped all NSAR and will post if anything will change.
Happy lifting :)

Subbed to see how the TB500 will do. Curious as I’ve been dealing with elbow issues for a few years.
As I'm combining both, it will be hard to determine which effect will be caused by which peptide.
I've read that tb and bpc combined get way better results than if you take just one of both. Anyways I couldn't decide between tb and bpc, as they both seem to be for "my" issues. :)

DAY 6

I've did a deload, so not sure how much the peptides contributed to the current situation in the lower body:

- quad pain is gone
-Calf/shin pain is way better

Shoulder bothered my mostly during the night and in the mornings and I'm sure here the peptides already helped.
I'm through months of not benching and no improvement until I started.

I can sleep again on the right side, pain is reduced by at least 50%

Lets see how this continues :)

DAY 9

I had the third TB shot this morning, but already yesterday I woke up with
ZERO PAIN.
I've slept on my right shoulder without a pillow, did lots of house cleaning and still no pain!
Can't remember when I felt like this the last time! No NSAR, no cortison, it's kinda to good to be true :)
By now I finished 5mg of boths and will use the other 2 vials I have left.

So far definitely a recommendation!

Are you injecting straight in the joint or just in the general area? Just asking because I’m debating on using TB.

A
Doesn't BPC157 need to be injected at injury whereas TB500 is systemic? I would try and pin them both as close to the injury site as possible.
As there aren't any human studies available, it's hard to say. And you find information all over the web with quite contradictory recommendation. So you have to make basically your own decision with what you are fine and what works for you (e.g. more painful areas vs just one etc...)
