Ok so here we go.

Will use this to track my progress if any.. with tb500 and growth.

TB500 to be admin'd m/friday @ 4mg ew
Growth 2iu ed . . .

started growth today , plus second admin of tb today as well. reporting nothing yet.

So tryn some dry needling and Astrem next week . Pretty much have tennis elbow equally flaired up in both arms now . Been lubing arms up and massaging each inflamed tendon aggressively to break scar tissue and bring blood to the area - but seems like it is not ever improving . Chest tear is almost gone - seen ortho about both . No structural damage .. Pec was small fiber tears he said . X-rays showed good joint in elbows so it's all tendon inflammation he said .. Refereed me to do astem and dry needling

4 days so far @ 2 iu's growth . No notice yet other than maybe more tired .

My weight is officially coming off as I'm not consuming calories on excess as I've been off like 14-15 days now .178 this am

What is dry needling? and did you tell your doc your using growth an tb500?

Nitrust, Dry needling is wear they poke you with needles in the triggger spots to affected muscles, tendons, and it causes blood and bruising, and inflammation, the hope is blood and oxygen to the tissue.. along with helping disturb and break scar tissue that has formed..

as far as the doc.. i mentioned peptides and gh in a sly way.. but didnt indicate whether I was using them..

Well, just be careful with anything you say to the doc, because all of that goes in your Permanent medical record....I am amped to know that you are being proactive to heal you elbows..

Man, at this point in human history, you would think that these small little injuries would have 100% healing..I mean damn..where the fuck are the aliens with their tech? :D

All I want is to be 275, ~6% body fat... is that too much to ask, and a stupid ass inner bicep inflammation is stopping me

Tile... Did your doc give you any indication if he was for or against peptides?

zero either way. but i have found ortho clinics throught google, that use stem cell, plasma, and GH for medial epicondilytis, so hoenstly i know at least the GH and the secretion of IGF-1 is a good thing for tissue repair. as far as the tb i have no idea, but am willing to try anything at this point. My Right arm is finally matched my left for soarness. it sucks ass.. arms have been equaled at this point...

It sucks to hear that both arms have equalled out. Sounds like there is some hope in GH! Are you going to get seen at one of the clinics you found on google? It wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion and maybe some bomb ass GH as part of the treatment.

yeah i wish man. im in an area that doesnt have a clinic like that, im just armed with google. But self prescribed asian GH will have to do..

i aint even trippn .. I caught a infection from gear on my first run this last year... and ended up with a puffed up cellutis infection in my bicep. . . the doc said it was confidential.. but who knows he probably put it right in my record. My back surgeon got all pumped when i told him i was cycling. I dont give a fuck about my medical record.. with the amount of injuries i have its the least they have to worry about if it comes down to insurance etc.

But i wanted a honest opinion from this particular surgeon who did my shoulder and does upper extremities, and the best way to get a honest un biast answer about my elbows was to just give him the normal answers of over use and weightlifting..

Feeling extremely drowsy today.. up at normal time .. watched my son today.. infant status, so i napped with him a cple times and still dog ass tired after dinner. hope its the GH

going on 4 days 2iu..

Bloods to come maybe next week or..

Yeah it sounds rough ... Hang in there man...

As far as the med records go ... They only go as far as you take them. If you don't want it to follow you then don't sign the hipa consent/med record release form. That's my method. I agree you wanted an honest opinion ... Hell I would've did the same thing.

yeah had my second ortho meeting today about my knee. basically my knee is fucked. cant squat past 90 ever or shouldnt.. with it sublaxating out of place. .not the knee but the tendon in the back of your hamstring pops in and out of the insertion over the knee..as i squat past 90 then locates back in as I return up. Only way to fix it is a sketchy undocumented surgery where they cut the attachement of the bicep formis tendon off , and re attach it to its proper location. long term they dont know, as its extremely rare abnormality. the good though is i can continue to train, abiet my elbows. I just cant squat like i want too , and now probably need to join a crossfit club and squat like those retards

Damn Tile ... That's some rare shit right there bruh! It it were me ... I would have no problems letting go of "sitting on the pot". My knees and back have been shot for years now. I just rep it out with what I can and avoid 90.

Bro it sounds like you've been hit by a truck - are these injuries just from years of lifting or what? I feel for you - having that many injuries would make my life a horrific hell. I hope things work out better for you soon man, so you can get back in the gym to kill it like you used to
