These things take time, have patience. May I suggest trying cjc-1295 no dac and ghrp-2 stacked to boost growth hormone which will increase healing capabilities? Again though, it will take awhile for it to heal no matter what, but these things will help.
I pin 2mg twice a week, Monday and Friday. The day after the pin, all the pain in every joint is gone. But by day 3 it's back.
However, I have not stopped lifting during this - If I stopped to baby my shoulder, the only thing I would be able to do is legs, and I am not taking a month off for a mystery shoulder pain that only hurts during certain movements, not all the time (like an impingement).
I am thinking of stacking some cjc-1295 no dac and ghrp-2 to see if that helps... but I honestly have no idea how much to purchase.
