TEAMWORK... GTD SIDE... MAST RUN... CARB CYCLING

With my daddy's health taking a serious turn for the worse the last few weeks, I need to apologize for not being more current with this log and supporting my team mate, @Wendylifts . I also need to apologize to two of the most giving members on MESO, @GearGodess and @Eman . Without these two members, I would have been lost putting this cycle, log and plan together. Anyone who has seriously talked with me knows my issues with getting in enough food. Eman has seriously helped with this and certain exercises for areas I have trouble with due to my back. Eman is a wealth of Knowledge. GG has supported me in times that I honestly have no idea why she would have. Not that I was wrong, just she has morals, values and everyone knows she has members best interest at heart. She had no clue who I was back in June and July, but offered advise and knowledge that is paid for by pros with big money. GG, your just unbelievable lady!

Ok, even with my Daddy being so ill I have not wavered from my plan. As a matter of fact, I have hit a couple more new PR's in the last 2 weeks. Incline DB's at 90lbs for 6 every time. I am not the one and done PR kind of person. I want a PR to have meaning for everything and every time I can do it. I'm not a Power Lifter, Sorry my brother, @Masters Power . I know I promised updated pictures, I will get these posted by next Sunday. It's pretty hard for me to be at home and taking care of family with everything going on.

I have added a few days of FST-7 for my chest and arms every week. Love the pumps with this.

Thanks for those kind words GTD! I really appreciate it.

Just focus on you and getting to your goal. Baby steps. You will get there... don't try to do too much at once, that's typically when we fail.

AND Family first, I don't think we can hold it against you that you've been away taking care of your dad instead of posting updates.

Sorry about your dad. Take care of the most important things first. Meso and barbells will be waiting for you when things smooth out.
