Protein cookies usually have more carbs then a regular cookie anyways, what I say is enjoy a real cookie and dip it in cookies and cream protein shake that's everything you can want and more! Or better yet take 4 Oreos and blend them up into a cookies and cream protein shake (4 Oreos is still 60cals less then the average protein cookie and only has 6-8g more of carbs)

A snickers bar with my protein shake is one of my favorite snacks. That is probably why we are powerlifters instead of bodybuilders

I say nay nay this is why we are happy:D, never thee of us are ever gonna stand on the Olympia stage but both of us can put the average bodybuilder to shame cause we understand nutrition beyond the average broscience level
 
Also just a super quick update. After the last 12/26 pin I continue to either lose water or weight. I seem to have the muscle still but all the pants and clothes that were fitting before the cycle and got a little snug during are now fitting properly again....whew!

I think I'll have a cookie.

I don't think I'll ever eat shitty as a way of life. I've been so regimented (or tried) these past several months I'm trying to be a little flexible right now. True IIFYM style. Well not as insane as I've seen some women go but a cookie here and there. I only get into "trouble" when French fries or kettle chips come into the picture lol.

Sadly my last pin was 12/26. I am natty again....sigh...I did love the MastP though. It made me incredibly vascular. I'm still vascular. It's so strange! I didn't think I was holding water on the compound but I'm having new veins show up. The veins that WERE there are STILL there only not so pronounced.

Had I to do it over again I would have conceded the holidays or at least one of them. It's a HARD thing to do (and I didn't) to stick to your macros during a festive season. Especially when you host both holidays at your house! So I kind of got in my own way there. It was an 8 week cycle and between Thanksgiving and Christmas things were sort of touch and go. Added to that was coming off a cutting cycle to a maintenance cycle. I wouldn't trade the experience though. I got to test out several different scenarios! LOL..and I absolutely could NOT have achieved the success I did without @GearGodess , @Masters Power and the encouragement of @Geterdun. They introduced me to carb cycling, listened to me bitch and moan when I was hungry and celebrated my success with me. Truly, for a bunch of strangers, you guys are all right ;)

Sides: My voice cracked and is still not normal. TBH I didn't let it get all the way back to normal before I jumped on this time. It's a side I've decided I can live with even if my co-workers do tell me they hope I get better soon (Because they think my voice is due to a cold). Lady bits did swell a bit and were more sensitive than normal but not as crazy sensitive as with the primo or var. Also my sex drive wasn't as elevated as it was on those compounds. My skin was fine on cycle but when I got off it was super greasy for a week or so and I got a couple of pimples. I also noticed a little more hair on my face and chin. Nothing that I would call unmanageable. Overall sides were mild and tolerable.

Gains I've noticed although my measurements puzzle me are my legs...To me they look so much bigger, my pecs are more prominent and my shoulders are more broad looking. Although the change in my measurements suggests I'm more hour glass than I was, I look more V shaped because of my shoulders I think. Glutes got a little perkier too. Strength did increase and that was fun. Anavar has given me the biggest strength gains to date, but that could also be because it was my first cycle ever.

I'm going to take of 4-6 weeks and see how I feel and then perhaps begin my next cycle. NPP next time!

Month after cycle. I'm softer but ok with it. My body recomp seems to stay after each cycle. And get better after each cycle. I do dig that. All sides have subsided but my voice. That maybe here to stay. I'm not sure but it doesn't bother me. Ready for next cycle!

Softer maybe but FAR from soft.
