I'm aware this isn't the right place to post this, but I figured I'd get more input here....
I started having minor pain in the elbow about a couple months ago and here lately it's gotten a little worse.
From what I've read it seems like I have tennis elbow..
Has anybody here successfully treated it?

Thanks!

From what I've read it seems like I've got golfers elbow instead of tennis elbow. ( the pain is on the inside of my arm)

I have. I stopped training it with heavy weights and just used massage and light mobility/stretching until it didn't hurt.

Massage seconded. I went under only yesterday, and although I haven't lifted with it yet, I feel like my arm is actually pain and knot free. Amazing feeling, it's been since March 2015. D

I ran deca @ 400mg pw and after 2 weeks my tennis elbow was gone completely. I also ran test and dbol and masteron. I never thought that deca would help that much but it did. On my next cycle I plan to run eq instead of deca as unfortunately I got real bad deca dick but if my tennis elbow returns I'll add a small dose of deca to fix it up.
There's not much else you can do for tennis elbow except for reducing the weight you are lifting. It's a fucken curse.

There's also PRP and HGH site injections to consider. I just did these, and I'll report back in a month or two how this has changed things, if at all. Allegedly a sound approach.

Don't do any lifts that aggravate it. You can still liff. For example, I can do triceps pressdowns and dips, but triceps extension is no go. Its been 2 months and feeling better. you can't work through it. You have avoid any lifts that make it worse.
Excellent point brother. For me it's the fully eccentric portion of any curl movement at the moment.

Hammer curls kill me. Can't do any movement like that.

Wide grip pull ups are also a no-no.

Left arm doesn't like inward torque motions, right arm doesn't like full extension.

Man I've been dealing with these crap for months now. I'm hard headed though and will not deload weights. I use ice almost ED and a voodoo strap for relief. Both of those methods have helped me a lot.
Also NPP @ 400mg per week has helped tremendously but I know It's just masking my problem.

I did however give up skull crushers. Do the back of your elbow tips hurt? Does the pain start to wrap around your elbow towards the forearm. I'll post a pic of the voodoo strap and some info on it. Give me a sec..

Site injecting hgh is something done only by the retardeds.

The "retardeds"?

Just doing what 3 testosterone and quality of life docs in 3 different countries have told me. PRP + HGH in one syringe, administered in the trouble spot is what they all recommended.

We'll see over time.

I've acquired an advanced carpal tunnel. Ultra sonic therapy worked well for awhile. Doing the work I do for a living has made it worse. On my way to an orthopedic surgeon in 2 weeks. Check out ultrasonic therapy, not sure how it does with tendinitis (tennis elbow) but worth a shot. Good luck. Maybe @Michael Scally MD or @Dr JIM can help

I've tried that at my PT, feels better, but probably need to buy a machine and use daily or every other day. Going to PT is a time soak.
