Not intrusive, I'll share this. I'm a bodybuilder and do complete, indirectly yes it is how I make my living. I am very interested in nutrition and that is my second passion behind bodybuilding, I am a nutritional sciences major. I would love to work in a clinical setting, but aspire to own multiple businesses along with that.Do you compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting for a living or do you plan to? 1st cycle 10-12 weeksHey everyone, so as 2018 is in its final months. I am starting to plan out my 2019, and I’ve decided it will be devoted (mostly) to bulking or growing or whatever you like to call it that tickle you tip. Right now I am about 230 butt ass naked post-morning shit, and by January 2019 I plan to be 245, butt naked, post-morning shit.
Each year I do generally the same thing around this time, which is write up, stock up, and save the fuck up (food). The method I explain in this episodes TenGrams how to has done a few things that has made me continue to do it over the years.
- Save MONEY
- Not stray from my original plan (maybe not everyone has trouble with this but in the beginning I sure did. Id write something up a diet or a cycle or training then id watch From Jay to Z and think, fuck, Jay eats oats and steak pre workout I need to do that) WRONG!! STICK WITH YOUR SHIT!!
- Make amazing, trackable progress
So I start like this, I sit at my desk with my notebook, pen, calculator and my meal.
I decide what compounds I want to use for the WHOLE year. This year I’m going basic. Im using Testosterone, Nandrolone, Trenbolone, Anadrol, Dbol and Winstrol.
Your probably thinking “OMG TenGrams all that all year? No baby boy, ill explain in a few moments.
I write each month of the year on its own line on the paper, and out beside it, the compounds used. It looks like this.
Jan - Test, Nandrolone, Drol (Blast)
Feb - Test, Nandrolone (Blast)
Mar - Test, Nandrolone, Drol, Dbol (Blast)
Apr - Test, Nandrolone (Cruise)
May - Test, Tren, Drol (Blast)
Jun - Test, Tren, Winstrol (Blast)
Jul - Test, Tren (Blast)
Aug - Test, Tren, Drol, Dbol (Blast)
Sep - Test, Tren (Cruise)
Oct - Test, Nandrolone (Cruise)
Nov - Test, Nandrolone (Cruise)
Dec - Test, Nandrolone, Drol (Blast)
Thats how I begin, it is my rough draft/outline, ill tear that piece out so I can easily reference it during the next step. Now I write specifics of each month, mine looks like this.

So, now you have a solid template of what your whole anabolic year will look like, throw some TNE or TrNE in there when you want to be even more of an animal in the gym and your set. The next thing is what i like to call a “Gear Grocery List” (this is where the money saving comes in (for non brew wizards). Sometimes I find myself buying this from that new lab, or buying dhb because my source now carries it, or buying m1t because its kind of hard to come by and so and so source has it. Well motherfucker now packs are flying in to my place like a hail storm and wow, all of a sudden I have all this shit that, MAYBE ill get to next year. Well that shit needed to end (for me). Now I’m going to look at each month and figure out how much I need and yes, write it out. I put little check boxes out there too, it looks like this.
JAN
3 x Test E [ ]
3 x Test P [ ]
2 x Deca [ ]
3 x NPP [ ]
40 x Anapalon [ ]
And so on. And as I obtain packs me and my girl do our ritual pack opening routine (we get naked, and one of us usually ends up posing in the mirror while the other opens it and checks things in) lol.
If I can’t help it yeah ill get a few extra bottles for later
So now for a bit of an explanation on the gear, half the year I’m test deca and other half test tren essentially. You may like test eq all year and add mast for half or nand as you like. Of course you can make your blasts and cruise as long or as short, or have months you pct if thats what you do. What I’m doing is keeping my base compounds in with the long esters, then when I blast, add up to the weekly dosage I want with the short ester versions of the compound. This has been a very good thing for me when I’m consistent with it.
Three components boys the ones you always hear everyone say, training nutrition drugs. Drugs are one thing I do like to plan out in a year advance but training and nutrition are separate and a more month to month thing. Unless you want to dedicate a whole year to bringing up say your back or legs you can do them all three at once. This is not unheard of.
Im not competing until 2020, if I were things would be a bit different. Anyways I hope I got some minds rolling and ideas flowing!!

Yes. Did this with my brother. To this day he still won't let me live it down that he gains more then I do on a smaller cycle.I hear you. My friend and I ran the same first cycle. 500mg of test.....i gained about 15, he gained 30. Every week he just kept looking bigger and bigger
I've known both of these dudes for 10+ years. I work with one of them so we're together sometimes 16hrs a day working and the other one I train and hangout with probably every other weekend. They're honest about everything but I get what your saying.lol in the past I've taken 1 month off a year, pctd the first but now if I go off I just go off. If I do go off it will be oct then start in nov again. I don't see much point in going off, starting my own shit up again with pct drugs just to shut them back off again. I'm very big in health supps and get bloods AND hair mineral analysis tests done every 6 months
a common theme I notice is it's always "my buddy takes 1cc a week and blows up" or "pro told me no point in going over 800test" and so on. Maybe these guys are LYING? Maybe they tell you 1cc but they have another source and use 3ccs and when you are out eating he doesn't eat but 1 steak and a little potato, then when ur not around he is eating another 2 steaks fuck load potato then some ice cream. Maybe when you train they going light then when your not training together then they are really fucking shit up.
I was told by a former Mr.USA that their all lying about dosages how much they eat and how much they sleep. This guy is who I grew up around. Everyone want others to think they are doing great doing as little as possible which in most cases I have found this not to be true
Good question, after this I'm going to use these doses until they don't work anymoreIt’s a good plan but the dosages are high especially the cruise dosages the blast dosages can be good and this 1 year plan is to get from 230 to 245.
What are gonna be the dosages if you want to jump at 260-280

60 mg lexapro? The most my doctor has given me is 20mg. They told me that's the max dose :/How do you stay sane at those dosage? I’d have to take 60mg Lexapro for anxiety and 1000mg of Wellbutrin not to kill my dog in the morning.

I've used such little orals In my time lol my oral usage has been dbol 30 a day for about 4 weeks, winstrol 25 a day for 5 and anadrol 50 for 2 weeks(I got some and couldn't wait so ran 2 weeks to see how I do and it's by far my favorite) that's allI'm not feeling all the orals bro.
Innocence? Maybe some are but most have been around the block a few times. Where the "innocence" (naivete) lies is with those *on all forums* who actually believe if they just train hard enough, eat enough, and take enough drugs, they can be Olympia contenders too. It's ridiculous. You don't have to look any further than Boston Llyod to see it isn't true. No one has taken more drugs for such little return. There are naturals that have as much muscle mass (all that oil he's full of doesn't count).
Why people are willing to accept a bell curve exists for every other human endeavor except bodybuilding baffles the mind. Some people can sing, most can't. Some people can throw a 100mph fastball, most can't. There are people like Boston Llyod that use a shitlaod of gear and never amount to anything. Then there are people like Shawn Ray and Ronnie Coleman that dwarfed Boston Lloyd before they ever touched a steroid. Either you have it or you don't. To think otherwise is not only innocent, it's naive.
I know crazy drug use like the OP's is becoming the norm on other forums. I also know it's unnecessary for 99% of the people doing it. I've been around long enough to watch these fads come and go. I've also been around long enough to know what works. If you want to waste thousands of dollars and your health just to gain 4 ounces more muscle at the end of your cycle than you would have on reasonable dosages, have at it. But don't assume I'm "innocent" for saying it's stupid. It is stupid.
