TenGrams How To #3: Get big, REAL big, in 1 year

The problem with this whole thread is that your an idiot, and your dosages and cycle planning is dangerous. You want to kill yourself, have at it, but don't pretend you have a fucking clue about what your doing
thank you for the kind words

You don't own the thread... and even if you did, I wouldn't be so fast to claim ownership of it. Your "how to guide" to get big in a year equates to cycle all year and eat a lot... Thanks so much for the insight.
Ok fat fuck boi since your begging for it I'll coach you for 1 year for free

Wow. From 0 to fucking brawl real quick.

Easy boys....

I want to add my .02 on the subject of competitors, elite amateurs and pros, and coaches.

I know FOR A FACT there are guys in both the pro and amateur circuits taking grams on grams when they shouldn’t be. Absolute fact. There are coaches “advising” this as well....to guys no where as advanced as they should be to even discuss these doses. As far as who...if you wander around some social media for a bit you’ll figure it out.

I also know that all good pros aren’t blasting megagrams of gear. I know you’d like to think it’s all drugs and that’s the reason they’re elite. It’s not. Some go nuts. Some are more reasonable. But expect that the base pro cycle will most likely involve (and it absolutely should) higher doses, more compounds, and higher quality gear than most people need or should consider.

Wouldn't it be something if we are on stage together?

Next time I step on stage I plan to be a super
At 5’8”?! Dude if you max LHW at 5’8” with anything less than a 36” waist you have nothing to worry about. You’re a full 2-3” shorter than the average field in HW. That’s light out. 5’8” as a super...mother of god.

replace every "she" with "he" :)

Meant HW. As one competitor to another I’d try to convince you to come in at 225 and merc HW. But we all know that wouldn’t matter. Hope the quest for super goes smoothly bro! Atleast the jump to the pro stage won’t be long.

In all seriousness, if you're going to do this, get lots of blood work, watch your blood pressure very closely, and hope for the best, because I wouldn't like to see anything see anything bad happen to anyone, your health is everything

I wouldn't mind seeing something bad happen if i didn't know it would reflect badly on the rest of us. I do love the Darwin awards. I'm still waiting and hoping for Boston Lloyd to take the chest clutcher though. Being rid of him will be worth the negative publicity.

People compare to themselves because that's all they know. They don't look like the pros and think it must mean they're not taking enough drugs. So they take more drugs and still don't look like the pros. And so on and so forth. No one wants to admit they just don't have what it takes to be elite so they try to force a round peg in a square hole rather than be happy with what they do have.

Well lots of critique has been given and certainly that the dosages are high etc. But since you say you (tengtren) coach, I have to ask some questions.

What does your bloodwork look like throughout the year?

How do you keep gaining after the first cycle in the first three months?

I do not coach in the way that I receive money for advice and programs. I only said that to that fat power lifter because he need some letro.

I ran bloods three times last year and let blood twice. I'll dig them up and post them

Food and training manipulation

What is often missed is that when people talk about "genetics" this includes not just physical proportions and predisposition to fat but a superior response to exogenous testosterone and other drugs AS WELL AS a superior resistance to related side effects.

There's people all over the spectrum. Some are very careful with their health and take minimum dosages (some are successful and some aren't) others prioritize their goals. I'm not one to judge unless someone doesn't have goals, a thoughtful plan considering ramifications, diet/training in order, monitors their health, and is using their brain to construct and discipline to execute on it.

Basically just because someone is doing something someone else isn't, doesn't mean the first person is an idiot (though it is possible one or both parties absolutely are). My 2 cents
