Tennis elbow or tendenitis and supplement for support

I would suggest classic stack of hgh, bpc-157 and TB. If youre running trt add 100-150 mg deca on top.
Also adress your movement patterns, do PT.
From supplementation standpoind even doctor suggested me glucosamine for my problematic knee, take in account that glucosamine needs some time of accumulation until it shows any kind of benefit, meaning few months. I got my from iHerb.

ive ran TB500/BPC up to 2mg ED and no help there. drug it out for a few months. the only thing thats been helping is PT, lots of forearm stretching and get yourself a set of Thera-Band Flexbars, watch some videos to use them.
I have the same issue . I tried bpc and nothing happened. I can't do any lat pulldowns or any pulling without having nagging pain. It's super annoying. I can do biceps but not too heavy. Dose anyone know if I can get some cortisone?

Supplements and compounds aren’t going to do 1/4 what a good set of elbow wraps and 8 weeks will do. Focus on that
Yeah I just got a pair of demoose elbow wraps and they work great but damn annoying pain were I can't go as hard as I like to especially training lats

I just ordered the green one from Amazon. I been doing rust rotations with dumbbells and it helped strengthen it a little. I still train biceps but lats are out of the question. Lats exercise seams to agrivate it more
Definitely dont do rope face pulls for rear delts

I do the eccentric training with them 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps per day.

There's a bunch of YouTube vids on the proper form, pretty easy. I would focus as much on muscling the concentric action of loading the flexbar.

Depending on lifestyle and career it could take years. I first hurt my elbow in 2014 and it persisted off and on but never completely went away until this last year or so along with 3 years off from the gym.
I can't take that much time away from the gym. I modify my work load and no lat exercises

Pretty much all my bicep work was with hammer posture along with hammer position side, front and rear delts. This allowed me to continue lifting semi heavy but it never did allow the tendons to completely heal.
