Test 300 e, npp+deca 300mg mix per 10ml vial, test d and test p, npp and deca mix 600mg per 10ml vial. I need help with dosing and ai and serm dosing.

First thing I would do is get bloodwork. If a doctor is the issue use Marek Health instead and check prolactin as well as the usual test, free test, e2 etc.

I would try Raloxifene at 60mg daily and keep it at that. There’s a study showing no adverse effects even after months of use. Not sure if you wanna order from overseas but if not I believe Rido or Serono have it domestic. You can try 20mg of nolva a day until the Ralox arrives.

I would also grab caber instead of P5P. Rido may have that domestic as well. If you wanna use P5P right away, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to stock up on Ralox, caber for future use. PCT24x7 is a good source for cheap Pharma meds if you don’t mind a 2 week wait. Not sure about p5p dosage as I’ve never used it.

First and foremost I’d get bloodwork done and maybe just stick with a low dose of test until you see where everything is at.

Good info here. I do 60mg as well. Do not take ralox using pct in place of nolva just in case you didnt know. Ralox is for on cycle.

Great advice yall. I really appreciate everything yall are doing for me. Seriously I only have 1 friend because he's never lied to me and he doesn't mess with gear. His clients at his mma gym do, but they nowhere near the advice I've gotten from this site. I ordered p5p and it'll be here Monday. Will ralox control the prolactin as well as block the estrogen receptors? I've taken 3 days now of nolvadex and the puffy nip and soreness has completely gone away this evening. I like deca because of the joint health. I have a form of ra called ankylosing spondylitis which makes my white blood cells attack my joints so I take am immunosuppressive shot once a week. Both my back doctor and my rheumatologist know what I'm doing and agree I need to raise my t levels. I can get my back doctor to prescribe any med for what I need within reason. So if the ralox is a prescription please lemme know. He also wants me arimidex so I took .5mg today to help control my estrogen. My last labs showed the test and estrogen of a woman pretty much. I have to take opiates which is naturally killing my test. I'm not on much anymore since they got the screws out of my sciatic nerve. My doctor was taking too long to do trt so I started early. I see him again on the 19th and will request labs for everything that needs to be monitored. Again he'll prescribe me ai, serms, test pills to cover his ass for prescribing the ai and serms. Please lemme know exactly what I need to ask him to prescribe and at what dose and frequency. Thanks sooooo much yall. This is really helping me out more than yall know.

Big learning experience here. Never take others advice as gold. Do your own research as well. We're internet people, it's your body. Just my 2 cents.

Ralox isn't for prolactin. Caber, primi, p5p is. If you're doing to be doing peds do a little more research.

P5p is natty and I buy sns inhibit p but it's roughly 100 mgs of p5p split daily. Iirc it's just vit b.

Yea Raloxifene is a prescription drug.
For prolactin control there’s Cabergoline, Pramipexole or Bromocriptine. All prescription drugs as well. Don’t go throwing a bunch of stuff into the mix, def get some bloodwork done and go from there. If the Nolva is helping the sensitivity keep it with it until you see the doc.

Yeah I did some research yesterday when my lil man went to sleep and saw p5p was a type of vitamin b6 but alot stronger. It's kinda hard to find time most of the time. I got a special needs boy that requires alot of time. Yall answered my questions perfectly. I can get labs done the 19th and show him the names of the prescriptions so he can call in what's needed when the labs come in. Just an update 4th day on nolvadex and nip sensitivity and puffyness is completely gone for sure and the tenderness under it is almost cleared up completely as well. I figure by this evening like yesterday when my puffy and sensitive nip eased up, the deep soreness should go away. I'll stay on the nolvadex until labs return and then see what the doctor wants to do. Thanks again for the help yall. That's exactly what I needed to hear.
