Hematocrit and hemoglobin normal. BP is 112/70. Cholesterol is 175 HDL 55 ldl 102. Think she will let me keep cruising?

So your wellbeing/mood seems to be good at this level...you don't say when the labs were done as 973 and e2 at 50 would be too high for most unless this is soon after your injection. 100mg seems on the high side if every 3 days.

How are your erections and over what period? i.e. good every day or not? you have been on TRT since Oct-16?

Your TT is the upper end if normal, so I doubt the doc would want to discontinue based on that alone. Your estro and cholesterol are a little high. That could go either way depending on the doctor and their stance on HRT.

Are you also on HCG?

Erections, cat couldn't scratch it. Test was done on Wednesday morning, 24 hrs after 100mg dose of cyp. So probably the peak. I'm injecting every 84 hrs approximately so 3.5 days a total of 200 mg per week.no hcg. On trt since late October of 16, yes
You think 175 total cholesterol is high? I thought that was great. In fact I was on Crestor but quit taking it. In the 150s on Crestor. I was having muscle pain that was unexplainable, it's gone since discontinuing the crestor

Sorry, I misread that as 175 LDL.

Did you get your free T and sghb tested, too? Those, along with other factors like RBC, PSA, etc., may play a role in your doctor's decision.

Not seeing free T or shgb in the patient portal, guessing she will have that at the visit.
Hemoglobin 14.7 range 13 to 17
Hematocrit 44 range 37-49

Wouldn't you normally get labs done shortly before your next dose? If you were 973 at your peak then safe to assume that 60 hours later when you take your next injection you're going to be much lower. I'm not sure if your Dr. specifically had you do the test 24 hrs after injecting, but if not you should mention it.

Also, until pretty recently lab corps range went up to 1197 I think it was. It's pretty absurd that they dropped it to 850.

I believe just more feminisation by the powers that be in this country. Being an alpha male is completely frowned upon anymore. Any and everything that can make you more masculine in this country can land you in the slammer. Absurd! Lower the testosterone range just further encourages and even forces medical providers to downgrade T levels in treated men.

I'm almsot 50 and my sweet spot is between 850-950. If any doctor every tries to tell me he won't allow me stay in that range? I'll find another doctor immediately, or treat myself. I've spent three years of daily due diligence to arrive at this conclusion of myself and I refuse to let anyone take it from me. I'm healthy, I'm fit, I'm happy, I feel masculine and I get shit done. A true contributor to society now. LOL.

OP. If your doctor tries to know you down and you are feeling good? Find a more liberal doctor.

Thanks guys, I think I'll be ok since 24 hrs after should be my peak, don't think I dip much tho on a 3.5 day injection cycle. My Doc is a woman, I specifically chose a female after seeing several male gps and they always made me feel rushed and my concerns unheeded, not with TRT but other concerns. Have to face it guys women are better listeners, even when it's a guy talking about his t levels, erection quality, sex life with the wife, and other quality of life concerns.thanks to every one for there input, I'll let you know how the visit comes out.

I also prefer my test levels to be somewhat above the high end of the range (1100 at Quest) because I like the results.

My doctor wants test levels to be within range and also wants other levels to be good (HCT, BP, cholesterol , etc). But she has not objected to test levels being a little above the high end of the range when everything else was OK. Nevertheless, I skip a dose just before a blood test so my lab results now are usually below 800.

I have been on TRT for 4 years now and so she now only checks test levels once a year. She wants my total cholesterol to be unusually low at about 130 because I had a significant blockage about 20 years ago. No problems since then.

My insurance company will not pay for test Rx if test level is above 800. They made things so difficult that I just pay for the test myself without bothering with the insurance. The Rx without insurance doesn't cost that much more.

Yeah, I have wondered what insurance will do but I would do the same, even out of pocket it's about 10 bucks a week, and worth every penny. Every thing I've been reading, arterial blockage is more about cholesterol particle size and inflammation due to sugar, (triglycerides) seem to be more bad side effects from statins than benefits.
