Running first cycle, Test C 250 for 12-16 weeks depending on reaction and results.
500mg per week/250 Tuesday 250 Saturday
Stats:
6’0”
183-185lbs
Less than 20% BMI
Getting 3500-4000 calories a day, 180g+ protein, need to cut my carbs down slightly. I did a slight cut to prep for this cycle from 195 down to 180-183. Going to use this cycle to bulk up.
Workout Schedule: 6 days a week, 2x on chest and arm days. 1 hour minimum.
Split: 1-chest triceps, 2 back biceps, 3 legs abs, 4 shoulders cardio, 5 Rest.
Starts first injection this morning. No initial PIP and only the slightest soreness throughout leg muscles. Have AI and pct regime on hand. Tested other products from source and they were legit. Went to the gym and did legs/abs. Though it is too soon to feel any effects, mentally I feel great and ready to get it.
Any tips or information is appreciated. As well as questions.
