Test - C, Test P - Lab Timings for TRT

I’m on TRT and blast and cruise accordingly. My new doc for my TRT has labs more often (every 2 months). What is a proper timeframe to come off test c or test p so that my extra test from the blast isn’t shown on my T result, thus causing them to lower the dose?

According to this it would take like a month to not show the blast on a drug test. Is this accurate?
