Test/deca/dbol classic cycle bulk.

Started my cycle today (kinda yesterday but only gonna count today as legit start)
Doing 20mg dbol every day first 6 weeks. And 600mg test a week and 400mg deca. Likely will increase deca to 500 if no big sides are noticed. Also considering ramping up to 40mg Ed of dbol.
Cycle will be 12 weeks total with option to extend to 16 weeks if I feel I'm still making progress steadily.
Starting stats
5'11"
200lbs
13%bf
Bench 1rm 295lbs
Dead 475lbs(prob won't try to push more weight here any time soon)
Squat 395

High hopes has me shooting for a 25 to 35lb gain
 
So a few days in and of course beside the dbol definitely giving me some more energy and strength not much has changed obviously except this cycle is making me mad hungry more than I ever have been before. I feel I'm gonna have to go way overboard on calories to keep putting on weight. I'm lucky I have alot of meat access at any time but cramming those carbs is hard to do healthy lol. So much rice and oats. But I legit feel I could eat a 80/20/50 (c/f/p ) meal every hour on the hour or more. I have been waking up in the middle of the night hungry and I have already increased calories alot.
 
Starting to really feel this cycle. My workouts seem to just feel better. I'm getting the burn again but not any of the joint ache I would have (thank you nandrolone! ) strength is def going up. Not in every lift the same way but I'm feeling overall way more powerful. My back is going crazy but it always grew fast. I'm barely even hitting it. Just wide and neutral pull up weighted. Bo rows, shrugs and that's pretty much it. I love to deadlift but after some scares I like to limit them but I may push for a 600lb deadlift this cycle. Idk. It's not needed for size but I fucking love heavy deals lol
 
Do you compete in powerlifting? I am just curious why you have 1 rep maxes listed?

Do you track your food?

Keep us updated on how this goes.

I can't run any more than half the test in deca, so for 400, I would need 800 test. I have experimented with lowering that ratio, and it made the wife not happy.

This must be a real "feel good" cycle. I must ask though: why not use a dht instead of dbol? Primo or DHB for instance, boldenone cypionate maybe, or even just plain old mast, to help with nandrolones sides ... and if it must be an oral, why not var? Are you avoiding dht's for a reason? I'm asking bc, looking at this cycle, the first thought that came to mind was bloat ... huge ass bloat ... no pun intended, just not my cup of tea, but interested why somebody would chose this.

Also, a substantial test dose with a substantial deca dose combined with dbol ... aren't you asking for gyno a bit here?

I don't compete with anyone but me. But I love comparing and being the best me in what I can. I label myself a powerbuilder. I rarely chase the big 3 all at once that's needed to compete.
So far I have no problem with deca dick...infact things have been increasing in volume there too lol. Not activity just deca giving me the opposite effect. But also I'm upping the test. At 750ml a week now tomorrow ima do 500ml in one shot. Totalling 1g a week max. But at 500 deca it should be good lol

I'll look into all but I think it just came down to me it seemed like a logical step up from just test without going all in hard with a bunch of stuff. But if this cycle ends good I'll cruise until my next and prob do anavar and mast or tren even. Idk yet. But I do try to avoid things that mess with my blood too much for too long only cause my family has history of hypertension so I monitor my BP alot

And a 600T, 500 deca, 20 dbol, is a huge ass cycle in my book. So idk what you mean by going all out hehe (I do know, but this is pretty heavy nonetheless, especially if it's only your second cycle) ...

But yeah, this is a cycle designed for hypertension. What are you taking for hypertension on this cycle?
 
I'm not saying I made the best or right choice just not all the answers or debates for or against are brought up every time too. I plan on getting a blood panel 6 week in after the dbol part ends

Actually the dbol and deca has not done anything negative to my BP. But I'm only 2 weeks in. I just feel really good. I wanted a powerful cycle with minimal substances.
Tbh after my first week i already wished I was doing more eod shot protocol and got test p and tren ace and such. But it just seems less intimidating of a cycle I think. Again if you were there when I was planning maybe you would of changed my mind lol. But two weeks in and I'm ok so far. Just anastrozole for ai at .5 a day seems to do good for me. I just feel happier and better too. Tren I was worried about the mental sides. I have been looking into bold and superdrol ect since starting though

Haha for sure. Nandrolone, npp specifically, for me feels like god mode. And dbol, dbol is something similar but a bit less intense. It's why I said that this is a feel good cycle!

What's your bp anyway? If you aren't taking anything for it, on such doses, it must be elevated, no?

Tbh it seems odd but these things seem to have leveled it but that might be a mood thing and anxiety could of gotten to me before. I usually was close to hyper tension st1 but floated around 120/80-90 and up to 141/98 last I remember or close to that. But now I'm staying pretty steady around 100/70 +- 10pts avg.
I do think when I'm on cycle I'm just more conscious of my mental state so I don't accidentally "rage" lol either way it's a win

Hah that's a first, having lower bp on cycle then off. Well, idk what more to say then

How do you measure your blood pressure and how often? Seems odd you have low blood pressure on Dbol and deca 2 weeks in with a family history of hypertension.

Like several times a day any moment i think i can feel my heart cause that usually causes an anxiety spiral. I use my watch but I'll check it compared to a cuff and my watch is always petty much dead on so I trust it too. I think my anxiety was more my blood pressure issue and now on this stuff I just feel better so anxiety is lessened.
Like maybe my family has a history of hypochondria and anxiety more lol but the doctors only see the BP.
 
If your doctor has diagnosed you hypertensive I would recommend investing in an arm cuff machine. Try visiting a pharmacy sometime today and checking your blood pressure on one of those public cuffs? Unfortunately your watch is very inaccurate for blood pressure. Your blood pressure should be elevated on your current cycle even by the slightest margin, not low. Hopefully you figure this stuff out!
 
Looks to me like you are doing everything right buddy - All of your lifting numbers are bang on before going into a cycle and the cycle itself is a beginner to intermediate strength cycle. Nothing wrong with any of it :-)

Nah the watch is dead on pretty much with the cuffs I test side by side daily. I know every doctor wants you to buy a $35 to $50 cuff but today's tech a $50 watch does everything those cuffs do and more. My dad had a machine sent to him from the VA and sent me his old one which is still good but doesn't sync to the doctor office lol
 
Also my pressure isn't "low" but pretty much perfect lol. Just tested and was 110/78
Morning shake here now. 16oz almond milk. 2 scoops whey 2 scoops blended oats. About 60g protein and 50g carbs
