I'm currently on 500mg/week Test e , pinning Monday and Thursday. This is my first cycle.
I started on October 2nd so this was the first week.
So far so good , libido high , no high estrogen, my lifts in the gym didn't go up but I certainly feel better. In my case Test makes me a lot calmer apparently.
I have arimidex on hand in case of high E2.
For PCT I have Clomid and Nolvadex.
My training program : 6 days a week ( chest+shoulder+triceps / back+biceps / legs+abs )
Currently as a natural I usually worm up with 1 set of 12-15 reps followed by a weight with which I can only make 8 reps and a last set where I up the weight again with which I can only make 4-5 reps. (Usually 4 to 5 sets) This is universal to all exercises. After the 4 week mark where I will see the strength gains I plan on using the exact same weights I used for 8 reps or 4-5 reps and just do 20 to 30 reps with them. (This to protect my ligaments and tendons and etc. I will go a bit on the endurance side instead of going to heavy too soon this relates to my second question below).
Supplements I take everyday :
20ml Omega 3 - Möller‘s (1.6g EPA - 0.8g/10ml)
4000UI Vitamin D
Doppelherz aktiv A-Z with Lutein multivitamin
Milk thistle
I just ordered some :
- Articular Drink - GymBeam
- ZMB6 - GymBeam (Zinc , Magnesium , Vit B6)
- Vitamina E (Tocoferol) - GymBeam
- SAM-e - GymBeam
- Crea7ine - GymBeam (I ran out , been using creatine since I started lifting)
My first question is what are your experiences with GymBeam supplements and what would you recommend I should include for cycle support?
My second question is that after the last pin , for those two weeks while I wait for the ester to clear , is it a good idea to take Ostarine ? and at the two week mark stop completely with suppresive compunds and start PCT and maybe add Cardarine for the endurance. (Cardarine I believe will be useful to be able to keep the training program as close as possible to the weights/reps done during the cycle)
