Test E 600mg/wk 1st Cycle

@cdusgk91 Nolva and HCG is pharma grade from 24K. That guy was legit. HCG order was off the first time, I took a video opening the package...he didn't even want to see the video, just straight sent me the correct order. Clomid and Adex is in pharma packaging from D, just not sure if it's from a pharma company or manufactured by them.

Beginning of week 6 is tomorrow - honestly I feel fucking great at the moment. I'm basically pumped all the time, people are starting to make comments like nicknaming me "tiny" or "wow you make that chair look tiny" etc. I'll weigh in tomorrow and take some measurements with updated pics. I'm taking in a ton of carbs as well, so that may have a lot to do with energy/lifts/pumps.

Chest is tomorrow so I'm going to push it and see what kind of numbers I can put up. Banana bread, oats, and whey tonight to get ready for tomorrow

I've never ordered from D but Pharmacom does have their own Adex. If it's their brand tho it should be in its own packaging labeled Pharmacom. I did see they supposedly offer some pharma grade ancillaries from the EU store tho so that's possible too. Also I think I saw him mention the other day that if he is out of Pharmacom brand he gets some pharm grade replacements.
 
@Do3Gs - I think I read that somewhere too, kind of confused me for a sec. Adex seems to be good. I upped the dosage to .75mg EOD and nipple sensitivity seems to have gone down. HCG is good for sure, I think my balls actually got bigger lol

You're better off dosing 300mg/week on 1st cycle. You'll still make great gains.

I had this discussion a few places before starting. I haven't really came across anything saying I'd be "better" off dosing lower. I chose to go with 600mg for several reasons, and I couldn't come up with much reason not too to be honest...regardless it's too late now bro!

Weight has been between 237-240 this week. Going to up my calories a bit more until I'm consistently over the 240 mark. I'll post new measurements this weekend, as well as my month calendar showing dosages/body parts worked/weight etc. (just waiting for the email to go through)

Adex has been 1mg EOD. Nipple sensitivity is noticeable maybe first thing in the morning if I press hard enough. Pumps and everything else is great. HCG I have adjusted to 400iu EOD. Still dialing it in...

Again everything is strict form, good stretches, probably a 3:1 down:up tempo. If the weight is lower I'm likely pausing to stretch and taking shorter rest periods.

Skipped lifting tonight, but I'll still get in 6 days this week. Just gotta make up for it tomorrow night. Too fucking tired tonight lol

Also...have enough test to stretch this to the 15wk mark which is what I'm planning on doing. I'm happy with the strength gains, just wishing I was packing on more size. Got a bunch of "junk" food today so I can increase my calories...I'm talking chocolate milk and pizza rolls for dinner lmao

Nice way to keep track. I use my phone but keep track of almost everything using multiple apps. Food, training, doses, ect. Only bad thing about my set up besides it all being separate is its not quite as easy to look back.
 
@Do3Gs Nice man, I keep my individual workouts in my phone as well. I track calories and protein on paper. I've been getting averages for every week I'll upload this weekend. It's hard to get it exact sometimes, but fuck it

Dude you're missing out lol. You can scan anything with a barcode and rarely have I found something not in the database.
It also breaks down macros for you as well.
 
@Do3Gs godammit I love pie charts like that. See that's the reason I don't track macros...too much work and it's not like I'm making any money off this haha. Looks like I've got another thing to add to this weekends to do list!

Haha it's worth trying out at least and super easy once you get the hang of it. As far as macros I just kind of go by guidelines right now. That guideline is at least 1g protein for lb of body weight then whatever food gets me over my calorie goal lol. When I cut next month I'll tighten up.

Weight is ~240, give or take a couple lbs. Been maintaining that for the past 2 weeks or so...

Middle of week 7 currently. Going to order a blood test to get in the next couple weeks or so. Acne is under control. Already had hair loss earlier in my 20s so I'm not noticing much difference there. Calories are ~3600+. Adex seems to be best at 1.25mg EOD. Less than that I'm getting sensitive nipples, no gyno or anything, just sensitive if I press hard enough first thing in the morning. Really want to see what my blood test says regarding estrogen...HCG I've been doing 400iu 2x week. Seems to be the spot between keeping my nuts and not getting sensitive nips.

Questions, concerns and motivation is welcome bros!
