Test E cycle with stack and PCT

For the record, most of us here are advising against this and for good reason. If you are intent on continuing down this path, here is a little info.

Make sure you get labs done prior to pinning. (post those results before you start). You'll want to get mid-cycle blood work also. During the mid-cycle test you want to ensure your E2 is not too high, your lipids and metabolic panel are somewhat within range, and your test is correctly dosed.

Yes it is more beneficial to pin twice a week with Test E. Split it up @250mg about 3 days apart. Monday morning/Thursday night should do. (Not understanding something as simple as esters is a sign of not knowing what the hell you’re getting into)

As for the Adex, that is going to be completely dependent upon how your body reacts to the test. .25mg EOD should be a good starting point. Adjust if high E2 symptoms occur or mid- cycle blood work shows E2 to be high.

As for PCT, look here: https://thinksteroids.com/community/threads/comprehensive-guide-to-pct.134353228/ If you still have questions after that, by all means post them but not till you have actually read and attempted to understand.

After PCT you should also get follow up blood work. Roughly about a month after your last dose of whatever SERMs you decide to go with.

Lastly, eat big, train hard, and fuck bitches. These 3 things are non-negotiable.

Your only 158 pounds at this point, you could get make some GREAT gains over the summer without gear. You really don't need it at all at this point.. If you lift hard and heavy and eat enough by the time summer is over you could have a great body.. I trained for years naturally before I ever touched gear and I made great gains..

That doesn't mean he has to do gear.. Lots of guys train without gear and have great bodies.. If he is only 158 he probably hasn't been training long at all, he could make some newbie gains if he starts a 5x5 routine and have nice build for college..

Good reply to my personal messages I'll give you some tips to maintain your looks after the cycle . As you know testosterone matures you . Ages your skin and everything else . Avoid the premature aging . I was too late . You don't want to run the cycle and look like your 25 after the cycle lol. Don't Expect 18 and 19 years olds to like that .

That is true but I'm trying to give him a different outlook on this. It's not the only option.. He could easily gain 20 pounds if he is untrained without gear if he trains hard and eats right. Even if he does run a Test cycle he isn't going to go from 158 pounds to looking like a Full back.. That is an unrealistic expectation. With or without gear it takes time, if he has never trained before gear is a bad idea regardless if college is coming or not.. If he trains right and eats right then the gear will help but if he doesn't it won't do shit for him. Training hard and eating right is more important than gear.. If he wants a nice body he needs to work hard, and bust his ass in the gym..
 
Taking gear and working out is a lifelong commitment. If you want to have a nice body and carry around a lot of mass it's not as simple as just running test for 3 months. If he does this he is probably going to gain about 20 pounds then when he comes off he will lose it all so what's the point..

Not true I ran my cycle when I just turned 18 . Huge strength and size gains . A year later I maintained the gains ,but I couldn't get any bigger or stronger. It's a year later and I'm now starting my second cycle . Just 700 mg of testosterone . I'm not losing gains I'm just maintaing them . It had to be my diet

It happens to a lot of guys who just run one cycle, they lose all the gains they made when they come off because they were not ready and were clueless about how to train and eat. Maintaining it is a lot of work, some guys crash harder with PCT then others, even some well trained guys can't maintain the size off cycle when they come off and they do everything by the book. Chances are if he doesn't know how to train or eat right he won't maintain any of the gains..

I'm glad about the concern, honestly. I've done a bit of research of 'Possible' side affects, care to share the ones that are likely to happen instead of the typical 'cancer, death'?

I honestly feel with proper dosing, dieting, and training, along with the correct on cycle and post cycle chemicals, there's minimal room for side affects..

Week 1-12: Test E 500mg (250mg 2x/week)
Week 1-12: Aromasin 12.5mg ED
-----PCT 2 weeks after last injection-----
Week 15: Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 16: Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 17: Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 18: Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
