Test E not working

You're avoiding the diet, so I'm 90% sure that's it. Stop focusing on just macros and focus on the specific foods and timing.

Ex .. Will 300g pea protein have the same results as 300g protein from steak?
No because it’s not a complete protein.
Though a “Complete” vegetarian protein is the equivalent to any animal protein.
If you have any real studies that prove otherwise please post them. o_O

I’m bored so I’ll post some statistics for you.

300g of steak = 75g of protein
30g of Hemp seeds = 11g of protein
So 300g of hemp seeds = ????
( 330 grams of protein)

I suppose it's a matter of preference, but I think 300g of steak would taste better than 300g of hemp seeds. lol

Also, I think your math is off. It should be 300g of seed = 110g protein. Still impressive, if not grits like in texture.

That's accurate. But just because there's nutrients there doesn't mean it's going to build muscle as well.

Find a super heavy weight bodybuilder who built all their mass on a vegetarian diet. Not one who built alot and then went vegetarian. While it may be perfectly fine from a health stand point it's not optimal for building mass amounts of muscle in my opinion

Thanks a lot for all the replies!

Yeah my libido is quite high, higher than ever before going on TRT. But there were some weeks on my TRT protocol when it was even higher, for example when I slightly increased the daily dose of this Tostran gel. I get some androgenic response, my body hair got thicker and darker, my appetite is definitely increased and I'm pretty sure my metabolism is increased , usually I would put on weight much faster eating 4200kcal a day. But I'm not getting any stronger, even though, please believe me, I really know how to train and eat. I also feel more lethargic than usual, have less energy, need more time to recover after a heavy workout, although it should be the contrary on a cycle.
Before my blood work I supposed there woild be an issue with my estradiol, but it turned out it was quite OK, almost in range.
So now I started to believe it could be some strange immune reaction, my body fighting the exogenous testosterone, there is a history of autoimmune illness in my family, I have no idea what else could be the problem, thanks for trying to help anyway!
Have you had a thyroid function panel done? It is amazing how a dysfunctional thyroid can negatively affect your life.

Your right most heavyweight BB or Pro athletes didn’t build off a Vegan diet.
At the same time they haven’t built off a strictly carnivorous diet either but more so off a balanced diet. You also have to remember not everyone wants to be a heavyweight BB. I personally would never ever want to look like Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, that’s shits gross as fuck!!

Though I would have no problem looking like an NFL safety or cornerback.

I’m curious to know how if something is a complete protein source, how it will not build muscle? :p

I will never understand how on this site, diet is such a underestimated component. Oh don't worry bro just get the macros right and it's all good

I don’t understand how a complete protein source that’s plant based won’t build muscle.

If anecdotes are all that’s needed as evidence then I have a friend who won his pro card, around 235 and sub 8% if memory serves, eating brownies, McDonald’s, ice cream, etc up until about 6wks from the day of the show.

If science is the evidential standard then I’m still waiting on an explanation to how a complete protein source is used other than for building muscle simply
Bc it’s plant based or not meat based.

I have no Ill will towards you and mean no offense. It’s simply a discussion between two guys. At the end of the day I still respect you and your contributions here regardless of our differing viewpoints :)

Thanks for that man The respect absolutely is mutual. I don't have scientific backing. On your friend it reminds me of a seminar Efferding did overseas recently saying how most people who eat bad food like that while it may not be healthy, they don't end up with deficiencies. I have no problem admitting alot of what I "Know" on this topic is based off things guys like Stan Efferding, Porter, Aceto, Palumbo, Milos etc have said

Because it’s called Thinksteroids, not Thinkdiet

My friend didn’t just eat those things. He ate lots of other stuff too, but the things I did mention, he was eating pretty regularly.

I’m also not saying one should rely on solely one type of protein, one food, etc. that will eventually cause deficiencies for sure. I could never give up a good steak or turn down a juicy burger, but I also don’t discount other protein sources.

I think the main reasons you don’t see vegetarian bodybuilders amongst the top heavyweights is bc it’s easier getting calories in with a calorie rich steak vs a comparable vegetarian protein source as well as most ppl just prefer eating meat, chicken, etc.

Wait a minute... In his op he states he realized he was "permabulking"... Yet he only weighed 200lbs at 6' tall?

There's the clue .. He doesn't have any idea about his nutrition. You don't "bulk" for years and only weigh 200...imo..
