It's the holidays soon and what better time for some "dirty" bulking? It's 1.30 in the morning and this last tub of Mesomorph won't let me sleep, so I figured I'll make the best of it.
Mostly a lurker, here at Meso, but I'm a fan of constructive criticism so here's my up coming cycle, along with a brief bio and stats.
I'm 28 yrs old and I tell the ladies I'm 6'0, but the doc always writes 5'11 on the paper. Currently 215lbs about 13% bf, I will drop down to 210lbs before I start early December. This will be my 4th cycle, previous ones are as follows all with proper ancillaries and pct:
1st Test E-10wks
2nd Test and dbol-10,4 wks
3rd Test and Tren A-12wks
I've been lifting since 13, I've only had one major hiatus of 18 months of no gym due to a motorcycle accident and a severed AC joint. Grade 6, that's the real bad one. Back in '14.
So here's what I have in mind:
W 1-16 Test E 500mg/week
W 1-16 EQ 600mg/week
W1-10 Tren E 400mg/week
W 1-18 Adex .25eod(that's my sweet spot)
W 1-16 HCG 250ui 3xWeek
Pct-3 weeks after last pin
Nola-40/20/20/20
Clomid-100/50/50/50
I have caber on hand just in case, but didn't need it for my last cycle with tren a. Now from what I've read with EQ you'll need to wait an extra week to start PCT, this is my first time with EQ btw. Should I run the EQ longer than the test? I'm considering running the tren longer as well, as before I suffered very little sides and was able to up the dose of the Tren A to 700mg/w without issue. But noticed no significant increase in gains so went back down to 75mg per day. I understand tren is generally used to cut, but I absolutely loved the results and feeling while on it. But it did suppress my appetite quite a bit, which is why I chose to run EQ this time. Off cycle is a struggle to eat 3500cal, but I manage. With the tren tho I could barely muster 2500, which is probably why I only gained 20lbs. Gained hella strength though and kept most of it. That's all I've got for now any critiques or advice is more then welcome. Oh and I can't run Deca or even npp cuz I have a steroid panel some time later next year for a job, overseas contracting, would like to though.
Cheers!
