Test/Tren/Mast cycle questions, trying to cut

Hello my Meso family.
Ok I have never ran Mast before which is why I'm posting up this question. How much MastA should I run? Is it worth it to even run MastA or should I just stick with TestC/Tren?
My goal is to harden up a little more. Nothing major expected from this cycle other than toning up a little and maybe trying to get some of my strength back. My last cycle was a longer cycle with TestC/Deca then TestC/TrenA at the end. I got upto 244lbs and felt like the Hulk. It was an epic cycle. I ran 1gram of TestC and 1gram of Deca at first then I went to 1gram Test and 700mg TrenA to end it. I loved the high Test and Tren.
Since then I've been busting my ass on the treadmill to try and knock off some of my belly fat. Diet during my cycle could of been better but I liked my pop and chips with my steak [emoji4] I was bulking anyway so I didn't really care. Now I have cut my calories down to a little over 2000 a day with no pop and no chips. I've lost 22lbs. Staying steady at 222lbs to 225lbs. Diet is finally exactly what I have written every day.
My day:
5am- 30 min on treadmill
6am- head to work
7am- oatmeal and 1 Apple
10am- 32oz protein shake with skim milk
12pm- two bacon wrapped filets and 1 cup broccoli (I cook them with the bacon but do not eat it)
2pm- 32oz protein shake with skim milk
3:30pm- get off work
4pm- workout
6pm- 6oz skinless chicken breast and 1 cup broccoli
10pm- bedtime
Drinking half gallon of water a day.
Protein: 260g Carbs: 165g Fat: 40g
I'm actually working 12 to 16 hour days and nights at work right now but that will end in January and My work schedule will be as it shows above. But my diet is exactly as stated above unless I'm working nights the times swap.
As for my proposed cycle:
1-8 TrenA 700mg/wk ED pins
1-8 MastA 700mg/wk ED pins
Test is just staying what it is right now Cypionate at 200mg/wk once a week pins.
I've ran the low test and high Tren before and noticed night sweats and an elevation in BP. BP stayed out of dangerous zones but was definitely higher than what I'm used to. As for insomnia it bothered me at first then went away. When I ran high Test with Tren I didn't get the sides near as bad which is the opposite of what I've heard, but I guess everyone is different. I'm not trying to blow up this go around so instead I'm trying to cut some more and harden up. Also would like some of my strength back because it has plummeted since I started cutting. I'm tired of cutting and losing a shit load of muscle in the process. I actually might just get tired of cutting period and just go back to bulking, lol. I'm going to try not to but it's really tempting with as much weight and strength I've lost.
So anyone with experience with Mast you are welcome to chime in at anytime. Anyone that thinks I'm nuts and feels they want to chime in is also welcome. Any and all advice will be taken into account. I may have started AAS 20 years ago but I'm no expert and I'm not afraid to say that. So let's get the opinions going please and thank you.

I've used masteron on my last test/eq cycle, used it for the last 5 wks and haven't noticed a difference. Maybe my BF was too high to see the difference, idk.
I guess with that much tren you should see great results even without masteron and on the other hand, it can only help you, even at keeping the estrogen in control.
But, i am far from expert, just commenting, wait for someone more experienced to reply.

I have read about the estrogen effects but didn't know how much that would really benefit me with my test only at 200mg/wk.

My work has snack and pop machines. I have been able to fight off all urges to get something just by not carrying any cash on me. Well guess what they put on our machines today. That's right they put card readers on the dang snack and pop machines. Now I can use my credit or debit card to buy as many snacks as I want. And they wonder why so many people are obese. Have you ever tried to work a 12 hour night only eating 2000 calories and having tons of time to kill with snack machines taunting you? I'm going to go to jail for beating the crap out of the guy that put those dang card readers on there. DAMMIT MAN!! [emoji36]

Add more veggies into your diet. The calorie increase will on,y be minimal and it could help fill you up more to avoid the snacks

What veggies would be best? I like those little carrots would they be ok? I'm already eating broccoli with my meals, but I could definitely eat those little carrots to calm my cravings.
 
Do away with the protien shakes for now. Substitute the protien shakes for solid foods. Something along the lines of beans or legumes. Along with those 2 add another piece of high protien meat. Adding beans with keep you full longer.

As far as cardio, I'd add 15 minutes to each cardio session as well as add another session. I personally, try to cardio either every weekday (off on the weekends), or just eod. I also mix it up from early mornings to late evenings. That way it doesn't get boring.

I'm currently on a cut cycle, because I have a trip to the Islands coming in the near future.

Btw, the only thing I eat for lunch is a huge plate of spring mix salad, with a few small pieces of chicken. If you snack, fine, don't deprive yourself, just don't over indulge

Hey buddy how's life been treating you? Years ago when I decided to do a cut I remember drinking several small protein shakes throughout the day and eating a lot of chicken. The difference with my shakes is they were mixed with water. So I tried that the other day and I just about threw up everywhere, YUK!!! Man was I dedicated to get ripped back then. It did work. I remember having sick looking veins and abs, but I was a lot younger and my body didn't hold onto fat like it does now. [emoji35]
I'm actually worried about losing to much weight is why I keep my shakes in there. I did cut back to only 2 shakes. I would like to get rid of this little belly fat but I'm not sure that I want to sacrifice everything I've gained.
Running 30min every single day on the treadmill right when I get up before I eat anything is what I do. I don't have any time to add more cardio.
Maybe cutting out my steaks and eating more chicken would help. What do you think?
I'm just paranoid about losing to much. I don't want to be a skinny rail like I was before I started working out again. And I've already dropped 22lbs.
I'm going to grab some carrots on my way to work today to chomp on in between meals. That away I can at least stay away from that evil snack machine, lol.

I tried that cycle and i love it. I got really lean. I'm at 220 and i can see my abs. Unfortunately my supplier is no longer available since safemail got shut down. Any recommendations?

Just wait for safemail to come back up. And when it does get back up then tell your supplier to go to countermail or protonmail and steer clear of safemail.

If that's what your asking then you need to stick around a little longer brother. No respectable member is going to recommend any source to anyone. It's just not how it works here brother. Spend some time reading in the underground and the lab testing section and you'll figure out who can be somewhat trusted. I say somewhat simply because a sources brewery can go south in a blink of an eye. Just stick around, read and comment where you can help or give an insight to others and you'll figure things out pretty quickly. Good luck.

2k in calories? please! your going to lose muscle with your minimal food intake. 350g protein, 100g carbs (50g pre and 50g carbs post workout prefer dextrose), 200g fat all meals but pre and post workout. that is a total of 3600 calories, if your eating anything less your starving your muscles and body.

I know brother. I was expecting a lot more loss with such a calorie deficiency but my body is being stubborn with the fat. I guarantee I've lost a crap load of muscle though. I've been hovering right at 222 to 227lbs and that's all I'm eating. Going from 6,000cal to 2,000 is tough.
