Hello my Meso family.
Ok I have never ran Mast before which is why I'm posting up this question. How much MastA should I run? Is it worth it to even run MastA or should I just stick with TestC/Tren?
My goal is to harden up a little more. Nothing major expected from this cycle other than toning up a little and maybe trying to get some of my strength back. My last cycle was a longer cycle with TestC/Deca then TestC/TrenA at the end. I got upto 244lbs and felt like the Hulk. It was an epic cycle. I ran 1gram of TestC and 1gram of Deca at first then I went to 1gram Test and 700mg TrenA to end it. I loved the high Test and Tren.
Since then I've been busting my ass on the treadmill to try and knock off some of my belly fat. Diet during my cycle could of been better but I liked my pop and chips with my steak [emoji4] I was bulking anyway so I didn't really care. Now I have cut my calories down to a little over 2000 a day with no pop and no chips. I've lost 22lbs. Staying steady at 222lbs to 225lbs. Diet is finally exactly what I have written every day.
My day:
5am- 30 min on treadmill
6am- head to work
7am- oatmeal and 1 Apple
10am- 32oz protein shake with skim milk
12pm- two bacon wrapped filets and 1 cup broccoli (I cook them with the bacon but do not eat it)
2pm- 32oz protein shake with skim milk
3:30pm- get off work
4pm- workout
6pm- 6oz skinless chicken breast and 1 cup broccoli
10pm- bedtime
Drinking half gallon of water a day.
Protein: 260g Carbs: 165g Fat: 40g
I'm actually working 12 to 16 hour days and nights at work right now but that will end in January and My work schedule will be as it shows above. But my diet is exactly as stated above unless I'm working nights the times swap.
As for my proposed cycle:
1-8 TrenA 700mg/wk ED pins
1-8 MastA 700mg/wk ED pins
Test is just staying what it is right now Cypionate at 200mg/wk once a week pins.
I've ran the low test and high Tren before and noticed night sweats and an elevation in BP. BP stayed out of dangerous zones but was definitely higher than what I'm used to. As for insomnia it bothered me at first then went away. When I ran high Test with Tren I didn't get the sides near as bad which is the opposite of what I've heard, but I guess everyone is different. I'm not trying to blow up this go around so instead I'm trying to cut some more and harden up. Also would like some of my strength back because it has plummeted since I started cutting. I'm tired of cutting and losing a shit load of muscle in the process. I actually might just get tired of cutting period and just go back to bulking, lol. I'm going to try not to but it's really tempting with as much weight and strength I've lost.
So anyone with experience with Mast you are welcome to chime in at anytime. Anyone that thinks I'm nuts and feels they want to chime in is also welcome. Any and all advice will be taken into account. I may have started AAS 20 years ago but I'm no expert and I'm not afraid to say that. So let's get the opinions going please and thank you.
