Testicular shrinkage and libdio loss on heavy cycles, how do you guys deal with it?

Is that all you need to take? My nuts start to hurt after being on cycle for more than 2 months. The pain is slightly more painful than having clap. I’ve had 3 full screenings for STDs over the last 2 months… always completely clear. Doc can’t figure out why I have dull pain. Have you experienced pain when not taking HCG?

Dude this has been happening to me to. It only happens when I run certain compounds. I honestly started thinking maybe it could be a sperm duct kinda clogged up. Certain compounds give me booger-like loads. Been checked by a Dr. And nothing. Lol

This is true.

Especially with 19-Nors.

The HCG has a cutoff point (I’m not sure what it is exactly) so even that can’t bail you out.

I’m on quite a bit of HCG and I’ve noticed my balls have slightly shrunk and my loads are slightly less.

Not an extreme amount but I personally noticed it. I’ve only ever noticed it with trenbolone and never anything else.

Actually lecithin and zma help drastically with load size and volume but since you don’t really have any LH due to the suppression it won’t make that much of a difference.

I have only been back on HCG for four or so months after being off for a year while continuing trt. during my off time of HCG I noticed zero testicle shrinkage and since coming back on there must have been because my testicles look bigger. Never any pain though. It's not the first time I've heard of pains in the balls around using or stopping HCG

If your running tren you’ll see slight testicle shrinkage.

I’m running 500iu too and I noticed a slight shrinkage right away.

Just finished a 14 week tren mast test cycle at 700mg for each compound a little while ago and kept only using 500iu HCG and had no issues with size. I came off and no change

I’m only on 350mg of tren and 1000iu of HCG a week and my balls are aching like mad.

I wonder is it the start of testicular atrophy or due to the excessive mastrubation I’ve been doing due to extremely heightened libido?

I’m not sure if I should increase it to 2000iu.

Also even if my balls do shrink…. Will they go back to normal once I come off the tren?

If you're experiencing shrinkage and pain at 1000iu you sure could double the dose for the short term to see if it improves the situation. Every body is so unique that it's hard to really give you a solid answer but reading more of this thread someone has mentioned excessive wanking and that very well could lead to aching balls. More HCG may slightly affect E2 levels by a small margin so if you're sensitive adjust your AI dose accordingly. You'll probably be fine just keeping everything where it is, doubling HCG and maybe keeping the wanking to once every couple days if you can handle it

I’m currently running 875/175/175 test/Tren/mast and using 40mg Tbol a day. My libido went awol everything stayed working but I had no want to use it. I tried to keep things like e2 in range and what not, but this cycle I’ve actually found that ditching the 6mg of daily boron, that I was using for mild e2 control, made such a massive and unbelievable difference. So I’m assuming that allowing my e2 to ride moderately high is what’s working it for me as that’s all I’ve changed.
