As for 500 mg, well, it might also depend on your size, right? Once you have outgrown that 500mg, eating more is just going to make you fatter, not add muscle. I firmly believe that there is a size/dose relationship (just as we all know there is a dose/side effects relationship).
Would love to know that size/dose relationship, and if it can be transformed to mg/kg so I'm not here wasting my time since I wasn't happy with 500 mg only.

Great answer...as we increase the food if dosages does not go up all that extra weight is mostly fat...food, training and dosages everything must follow each other

It's not a case of not being happy. It is a case of whether you have maxed out the potential of 500mg. My first cycle was 500mg. It was great! I am so much larger now, however, that 500mg is not enough to add size on top of what I already have. Does that explanation make sense?

I also think it is too individual of a thing to prescribe mg/kg to everyone as a general rule. Some folks respond a lot better than others. Some folks get less side effects than others.

You heart was made to beat in a 150 pound body that occasionally starves for a few days while looking for food. 100% agree running 1600g primo and 1600g mast e with 250 mg test and still was fat fuck looking like shit and SMALL

This rt here. I've made this mistake before myself, comes a point where extra food don't mean shit unless you have an anabolic enough environment to utilize it all. Going from 5,000 cals a day to 7,000 don't mean shit on 200mg a week of test and 300mg a week deca. You are correct, at that point all you're doing is making yourself a fat fuck

If the dose is 300 mg/week and an athlete trains and eats the same as before, no miracle results.

Yes, I know I’ll come under criticism: you or your buddy did great on 250 mg testosterone per week. But in every case I have ever seen, such trainers were guys who were not that dedicated to lifting until they went on their cycle. They weren’t in their peak condition at the start of the cycle, and so they had some muscle memory to help them. Or they were fairly novice lifters. They trained and ate better than they ever did before. They probably would have regained 10 lb. of muscle and gained a new 10 lb. just on Placebobolan, thanks to the training, nutrition, intensity, and muscle memory. Those who ate enough to get fat will also attribute some of the fat weight as being muscle weight.

Now there is one regard where a low dose can be quite effective. This is in fat loss. Many people, especially natural endomorphs, can enjoy easy fat loss for the first time in their lives on quite moderate doses such as 250 mg/week.

I would say that 500 mg/week is a reasonable minimum for muscle gains, except for an advanced trainer, who may need a gram a week to make much further gains. To advance to today’s pro bodybuilder status, even if one has the genetics, requires more yet, not just in quantity but in supplementary drugs such as GH and insulin, which I will not be discussing.

My guess is that the athletes were likely already doping otherwise it just doesn't make sense how tripleing testosterone production yeilds no results

Actually, no, the amount men produce naturally is apprx. 5-6 mg. per day
