Please I need an advice about this cycle
Stats 74 Kg, 170 cm
Body fat 23 %
Age 24
Hve been training for two years
And I looking to lower my BF to 15% in 6-8 is that reachable?
And here is my cycle
Week 1-8 Test prop 100mg EOD
Week 1-6 Anavar 50 mg Daily
5 meals a day
Meal 1 Oatmeal+50 gm Isopro whey
Meal 2 broccoli, chicken breasts
Meal 3 broccoli, lean meat
Meal 4 tuna+50 gm of Isopro whey

Supplements: C4, Omega 3 fish oil, Zma before going to bed
 
Goodness your 24 and your PCT is structured for someone in their late 30s using a 4 stack!

You definitely won't need saw palmetto or liver aide, for this cycle! Don't waste your money on this junk.

Have you had precycle labs performed?

PCT with Clomid OR Nova should work fine in addition to starting HCG two weeks before cycles end.
 
You need to get a couple more years of training under your belt. Yes, your brain and endocrin system are pretty close to being mature (25 is the average) but you need to maximize you natural potential first. Your natural test will stay peaked a few more years, and then only lose 1-2% a year.

Why not maximize these facts? I made natural gains my first 8-9 years of training.

Also, your diet is very restrictive. You need at least one more meal/protein shake, and some more carbs around your training window. Add some cardio. Between gear and cardio, your body will crank through the calories.

It's his body, I say he can do what he wants... his old enough and has PCT in check so he's not hurting himself. Nothing wrong with a little extra test in our lives!

But I will agree that he can lose the body fat natural first and then use test if he still wants to. But otherwise, he's G2G if that's how he wants to do it.
 
you should add the var to start later and go out to the end of the cycle, to maximize squeezing the water from the muscle and aid in fat loss, not in the beginning just for the strength
 
I would try to diet my ass off and get that bodyfat down to 10-12% first, THEN CYCLE!! Your wasting the gear using it at that level of bodyfat, using the gear during the diet simply helps hold muscle while on a caloric deficit. You wont start losing muscle until your single digit bf% anyways, provided your diet is in check. I see no reason to use that stuff until you get some better results on your own, especially with only 2 yrs of training under your belt

He is asking our advice. I missed the bf part, he needs to get it down. Having said that, tren and Mast will lower bf, but those are definitely not beginner compounds.

Test and anavar are excellent (albeit expensive, the var) compounds, but he needs to get his bf down and some more training under his belt. He will then get the most from his proposed cycle. My advice is, train hard, and he does not have to diet extremely hard, he should just lose 3-4 lbs of fat a month. Cardio and clean diet should do that.

So, one more year of natural training, then his proposed cycle (and he should be able to eat to put on size). Then on his next cycle he could run some Mast, an get really lean.

I forgot, be ready to have lots of knots in you ass from the prop. TE w/ an AI (in small doses) should keep water down. I find that Nolvadex also keeps water weight down.

Gotta say far to many mates seem impatient and approach cycling in a hurried fashion. Another year or two of "natural" training never hurt anyone (and I'm not implying a contrary commentary exists in this thread) and often allows time to REALLY appreciate cycling, IMO!
