the brew kit

This would be interesting for guys like me that are looking to take the plunge into home brew, as it takes a lot of the sourcing and guess work out, which is a service associated with a LOT of DIY "hobbies". I'd give it a shot. Fact is, every transaction is a gamble in this game, regardless of how well you know a source, as there are many factors outside of our control, all we can do is minimize the risk each time we make a move. Also, I'd really like to get some of those fine trees you've got there BigPaul.....

Sounds like you guys looking for an easy way out. Better yet, possibly lazy!

Its not hard to Google "How to brew steroids!" Its not hard to pm a member to ask for some insight on recipes or brew techniques. Its not hard.

Stop trying to get spoonfed.

A one stop shop will not succeed here. The idea sounds good, but there too much that can go wrong. If one stop shops could succeed, you would be able to see the Dr., get your car fixed, and do the grocery shopping all at onces. The only place close to doing that is Walmart.

You have ugls that can't keep up or don't last because of certain reasons. This here will be no different.
from any other fly by night ugls

Respectfully

Lazy? I'm not lazy. I'd venture to say that living this lifestyle alone catagorically disqualifies me from laziness.
So if getting a pre-order kit is lazy, would you then surmise that all of us using finished products are..... I guess, even lazier? That's an errant perspective, and one that would require you knowing anything about us.
I'd like to give it a shot to see if it's something that I can fit in my already very busy lifestyle.
Also, your analogy of getting your car fixed while visiting a Dr, etc. is totally erroneous, and has no logic. There's a solid linear connection between all of the items in this proposed kit. They all serve the same purpose. Mechanics and doctors do not. Even so, if I could get my oil changed at the doctor's while getting my bloods done, I sure as fuck would.
I'm not interested in slinging shit, but assaulting someone's character over interest in a product that's not even available yet is a waste of forum space.

Respectfully, as well

@Nattyboomba since you quoted me, I'm going to tag you

I can say this. My analogy is correct, you probably don't understand it, but that's on you. The OP wants to:

1.) Supply you brewing equipment
2.) Supply you Raws
3.) Call himself just helping out fellow members..

Where does this one stop shop NOT sound like Walmart and such. Can you get your car serviced, see the eye doctor, shop for groceries and eat at McDonald..... At Walmart?.....hmmm...

How long did it take you to understand and research how to use gear, pct, hcg, peptides, etc....or did someone tell you how to use it and you just follow what he/she said?

You guys can find all the stuff on brewing and what's included at a cheaper cost, than buying a kit from someone looking to make a quick Buck. Isnt that why you're contemplating home brew?

@mghoward74 --I suspect alot of guys will get their feet wet with this kit and then have a "lightbulb moment" when they figure they can do it big boy style , ordering everything separate .
Still theres alot of us who dont like ordering large amounts of white powder from China , so this serves its purpose it that respect .

Fair enough. Well, Walmart is quite successful, is it not? You say it won't succeed, then compare it to one of the largest unstoppable capitolist bohemoths in the world?

So, you never answered; what's your take on the vast majority of us that use finished products? Oh, and Oregongearhead is correct, it's about getting our feet wet. We all started somewhere. Like when I researched all of the things you mentioned in your post. It seems to be a progressive sport/hobby, and this could easily be viewed a little a next natural step for many of us

The "Lightbulb moment" is what I'm trying to get people to understand. You can do just like the big boys. Nobody needs the brewgenius

Remember when we started brewing component th? We all researched and brought info to the forum. It was simple. No one was looking to take advantage of any members

As far as buying Raws from China. I'd rather do that than buy from someone who may have "step on" the product. That same person mistake possibly getting me caught up with LE...

NO THANKS! If I go down, its because I messed up

My take on you guys that used finished products? My take is this...do your research and understand that knowledge is power. You don't need someone doing for you, what you should be man enough to do on your own. Find out how to brew, acquire parts, acquire Raws, start brewing. You don't need someone scamming you for something YOU CAN DO ON YOUR OWN

Are you saying the brewsourcegenius is equivalent to Walmart since he can provide you with everything you need. Is he going to be the largest behemoth capitalist here on meso?...

Doubt it

Beer Brewing kits have been pretty hot the last few years. Maybe we'll see these brewkits at Kohls this Christmas.

I'm still looking at this an an alternative to getting my own raws from China in smaller quantities and paying the markup.

An option for BA and BB would be nice. Not everyone will want it. Again, a domestic raw source would be great. I've been searching.

There's domestic sources here on meso for Raws. You just have to look. Additionally, none are offering kits to brew with there Raws....lol

Man, I'm not gonna take up much more of this thread with this inconsequential argument, but are you suggesting that to "be a man" , one must make everything from scratch? I assume you built your own home, built your car/truck and service it as well? Compound your own antibiotics or asprin, press your own toilet paper? Or maybe you sew your own clothes from cloth woven from your cotton field, catch your own beef and process it yourself for some burgers, and on it goes? There are other narratives going on in people's lives than the ONE you've managed to think up. Imagine if not being "man" enough was why we all used finished products. Your answer regarding knowledge being power doesn't answer in any way how you feel about users of finished product (which I'm guessing is the vast majority of us on this site, and factually the majority among all steroid users)?

I swear you're just too simple minded to continue this conversation.

Show some damn initiative.... Man...Jeesh!
