The keto thread!

Wife is on 26th day of Keto,She is using my fitness pal and keeping carbs below 20 gms using a calorie defficency of 1700 She lost 3 pounds early around the 10th day,but nothing since,still working out a few times a week.Is this typical to have result like this? Using keto urine strips results usually show in the 30 range. Just ordered the novamax ketone blood test meter to be sure everything is correct in these readings. pretty cheap here,free meter and 10 strips for 30 bucks.

Blood meter reading have been .5 to 1.2 on diff days. Don't know how that's possible eating less than 20 carbs and less than 95 protein. Does hormone play a big part in keto. Monthly cycle change it much ?
 
I lasted 7 weeks on keto less than 20grams of carbs a day sometimes no carbs except the greens , my lifts suffered with lack if intensity at first it was cool till I totally was running on fat and depleted glycogen stores and I think I was adapted then I ate carbs and couldn't stop and put all the fat back on I had lost , rest days are important with keto but it effect's everyone different if you can stick it out its worth it
