THE new "Generic" HGH Assay PAGE! AAA testing

I know gh raises igf1 but does high igf1 mean you have good gh for sure? doesn't igf peptide also raise it? I'm not sure what the "pharmokinetics" of gh have to do with my question.

Actually igf-1 levels can be different on a case by case basis. The same Pharm Grade Seros might yield higher IGF-1 levels from person to person. Other factors can contribute to IGF-1 levels as well.

So, in essence there are three test you can do to verify you have good gh.

The first step is the controversy GH serum level test. If you have elevated serum score this would bring you to the next step.

Second, IGF-1 testing.

And third of course is getting analytical testing on the actual product. This is the ultimate test. If you could AAA, HPLC and MALDI-TOF MS would be ideal in my opinion.

I suppose if you get the analytical testing done first you will know if you have good GH. Sometime this is not an easy option.

Pharmacokinetics of GH and the pharmacokinetics of igf-1 has a lot to do with the question you are asking.

You have to know what they both do as far as the movement of each drug in the body. The absorbtion, biovalibility, exctretion, etc.

So, HGH vs. IGF-1?

I always here people saying the serum test is worthless but I guess what I was getting at is that it might help together with the igf 1 test to make sure you don't just have a product that raises igf1 and doesn't contain hgh at all. Obviously the analytical testing is best so thank you guys for all the testing you have been doing.

Yes you are correct in some sense that GH serum is useless. But, if you have low serum levels with a product and that's the only testing you have access to then it can be useful. If you have low or no gh serum level that's your quick answer that the gh is garbage. If you have a high serum level now it's worth testing igf-1 levels. If that makes sense.

Yes Sir,
There are xceptions to all that.
I will take them 1at a time
1) It can
2) No
As the Serum test has its limitations So does the IGF-1 test, and for that matter so do Analytical Lab testin.
Many believe the IGF-1 test is a better test Not the case.
A few issues with the IGF-1 test.
There are other things that can raise IGF-1 levels other than HGH....
I can watch my IGF-1 levels crash when I start a AAS Cycle.the Serum test is not affected.
There are some that dont get a raise in IGF-1 or a minimal Raise in IGF-1 scores as compared to others that can get 100 points per IU or more.
Anyone considerin the HGH Serum test as useless.
I would say rather they do not know how to use it or are tryin to use it for something it cannot do.
Its a crude method, more or less crude than a IGF-1 test? how can one judge o_O?

Peace

It can be updated if @Dr JIM can post a pic of sample #OO. This was a sample that was sent in with the same number #24 a while back. And we had to omit it and change the number. It was sent over to me to review but it didn't make the cut for posting as Jim and I agreed on a certain number samples posted each time to keep it more clean.

I understand. Ironically it's the one grey top sample in which the test results shows content quantity close to claimed. lol. But in some bizarre twist of fate it happened to get caught up in a mislabeling error (by the donor I presume?) and is now stuck in protocol purgatory.

What are the odds eh? Are the hgh gods intentionally fucking with us? This is playing out like a day time drama at times.

I would say add to the spreadsheet @Cpriest88. That's my thoughts on the subject.

This right here. If you have all three I believe and feel like you have a pretty good indication of what you have. :)

Thank you!

My pleasure.. Have you and Jim made any headway in regards to the outstanding assays?

I recall you mentioning publicly that there were a few things that needed to be clarified before any more results are posted. Which I also understand will be the last correct?

Any feedback is much appreciated. Hoping to at least see the Godtropin assay published.

I have copies of a few assays and yes GT's are in there. And yes will be the last for a while. If I can endure it by myself I will. Time will tell.

Jim and I will have two more vials tested that were donated by me and that will conclude the testing FOR NOW.

Appreciate all the effort brother... you cannot be replaced. You are definitely the glue that manages to keep this all together.

Does anybody have the updated list? or excel sheet they can PM me. I lost track of where the samples are in the mist of all the bickering. I would appreciate it.
