Hello everyone,
I'm a 37 yr old male that has been lifting since 13 on and off. I was the type that would get into shape better then the average person become content, stop, and gain weight. It was a vicious cycle that I had to end because the bounce back was taking longer and longer. Well in 2012 I did a life change and implemented healthy eating and a continuing regime unless injury occurred. I've been doing really good too. I'm just getting over tendinitis of the elbow both tennis and golfer. Had to take 3 months off and it killed me. After much thought I decided to take it to the next level because I want to max out my genetics. Well I have a co worker who has been talking to me about anobolics. It was something I always wanted to do but liked being natural. Well I have recently crossed over to the anobolics world starting off from what I have read as some of the right way. Actually I may have messed up a little. He suggested me take deca and test e for my first cycle. He said that deca will help my elbow because of its lubercating properties. Doing research I read that it's good to get a baseline of your tests levels. So I did that first. I decided not to do both deca and test because if I had problems I wouldn't be able to pin point it. So I started with a low does of 250mg e5d I'll be doing it for 10 weeks I'm 2 weeks in. Well the guy that advised me say he has run many cycles but has ever used a PCT. He says he has never used more then 2 ml in a week. I plan to do the same but all bodies are different so I'm worried about my PCT. He said no one he knows has, but all I read is how you really need it. I know I'm going to hear it for not properly preparing myself. I'm not havin any problems but I just starting so it's to early to tell and my dose are very low from my research. I know no one can give me a reliable creditable source especially being a new person and I have read enough that I will only value well known members when it comes to this. So I'm just hoping to build the confidence on this forum to get an invite to something reliable but I know that will take time. I'm a father of 2 boys that mean the world to me and getting in trouble isn't an option so I have to proceed with caution. I have a good source for all I need except PCT. How did I get so lucky to have a source that doesn't value PCT. I'm just trying to make sure I'm always working down there because without that no of this is worth it lol. I'm really hoping to find some help eventually. Until then I'm researching my butt off. Hope everyone is having a good one and I thank you for allowing me to be apart of MESO.
