The REAL deiffernce between cheap and expensive protein powder ???

Has anyone tried ON whey? It's the Optimum Nutrition 100% whey, I believe their middle product of the 3 they offer. I recently received 2 5 lbs of them and was wondering what everyone's opinions are on it. Good, bad, shit?
It's fine. I think it is 80% the stated dosage of protein and 20% bullshit amino fragments. Tastes good dissolves well. It's what I buy in the store when I run out of my optimum nutrition

IME the old adage "you get what you pay for" doesn't always apply to protein powders or creatine. With these two products spending more money doesn't seem to guarantee a better/more effective product.

Sounds good, true it does taste good and dissolves real good.

Its all rubbish. Yes, I buy protein supplement for the simple reason of getting my protein intake at the right levels and since I am 105kg that's a lot of protein. I don't work so I am cash poor so I don't have the money to buy a lot of food so I pay $1 for a 35gram serve of protein and a chicken breast cost $10. I do eat a lot and the supp just adds to it. My friend owns a supp shop and also has his own line of supps. I asked him all about it and he said this: there is no magic protein plant or cow and we get the protein all from the same place. Its all the additives that make the difference and most of them you don't need so buy a cheap protein for the purpose of adding to your food intake. I have a lot of friends from prison that are fucking giants and they don't get $100 buckets of wpi in prison so don't waste your money. Spend it on testosterone and dianabol instead and watch yourself grow...
