Just checking in. Good luck with the shoulder. Will be following with interest when you get into your meet programming.

I had good luck with TB 500 & BPC 157 for my shoulders. You may wanna check em out. I don't do a PL program just kinda do my own thing (a lot curls lol jk), but I still lift pretty heavy. Shoulders feel good, left one still cracks & pops, but its not in pain 24/7.

Thank you for this info! Did you take them together? Im running 2iu gh daily, would you recommend stacking both of them with the GH?

It's supposed to be the ultimate healing stack. I was going to run it for some knee issues a couple months back, but funds were a little short. Never ended up getting the TB-500. I do have a couple bottles of BPC-157 left and I started it up this week because my hip is bothering me. Also running 4iu of gh.

I'm also thinking about getting TB-500 and running it with BPC-157 about a month out from my meet just as a preventative measure as it's supposed to be great for inflammation.

@Perrin Aybara gave you the best answer. I haven't ran any GH yet, just the TB & BPC. They both worked well for me and they really aren't too expensive. I have also been working on shoulder mobility, stretching with bands, I believe that has helped too.

Supposedly IGF-1 will improve healing even further. It's costly though.

x2 on the bands, too. I grab a bungee cord at work and do that stuff multiple times a day. Definitely helps.

Have you noticed better sleep or crazy dreams from the gh yet? I had both of those right away.
I never get the better sleep or dreams on it. Just day time lethargy.
When you stacked tb and cb did you do local shots? And did you have timing pinning protocol? Iv seen a small amount of people talk about tb but that's about it. I may not be looking hard enough but there doesn't seem like a lot of info about implementation

I sleep like a baby. I still have vivid dreams often, but at first it was like several a night. I just switched back to pre bed dosing this week and that's helped a ton with the fatigue. The fatigue from daytime dosing was getting to be more than I could handle, even with T4. I was feeling like I was on the verge of passing out at work.

I've never used TB-500. I've just read about it, BPC-157 and IGF-1 being great with GH for healing. I just started the BPC-157 a few days ago actually. I just do 200mcg at night.

As far as I know of TB-500 it's 2mg twice a week and should act systemically. BPC-157 I've seen recommended to do several small injections near the injury. Seems like it was something like 200-300mcg twice daily. Pre and post workout. It's been awhile since I've read the protocol though.

This is unconfirmed, but I've run across several senior members at Dat's forum that claimed some kind of synergy between GH and BPC-157. I've only seen a few posts and when I search that forum and elsewhere I come up empty. They say it makes the GH absorb better or something like that. So just take that as some broscience at this point because I can't find any proof of this. I've got several bottles left over from earlier this year and I'm dealing with a minor injury anyway, so I figured I might as well throw it in.

I'm having hip trouble, too. Nothing that serious, but it's hurting so bad I'm taking this week off lower body. Even rows and overhead press shoot pain through it.
You know what is causing it? The toughest part about mine is I know what's wrong. I know how to treat it. I know that it's got a long recovery time. I'm a physical therapist so unfortunately I know under normal circumstances, no "alternative supplementation", it should be close to a year before I can do tge Olympic lifts properly again. I'm about 6 months into tge process and doing better than I shoukd be but I want to be better yesterday...

I have a pretty good idea. Last year I trained sumo deadlift seriously for the first time leading into my last meet and I often had slight hip pain. Nothing serious though. After the meet I went back to conventional for about four months and had little to no hip pain. A month ago I switched back to sumo and added barbell hip raises and very deep deficit kettlebell deadlift trying to bring up glute strength and run sumo into my next meet. I was back to the dull hip ache and then over the weekend I was crazy busy, neglected warm-ups and stretches and did a ton of standing along with training normally. Tuesday my hip was hurting badly at work and when I hit the gym after I posted through the pain on 6x4 squats and I ended up tapping out later in the workout because it was excruciating.

What do you think? Overuse on the hips when they weren't used to it? I'm planning on dropping the hip raises and kettlebell deadlift and maybe switching back to conventional deadlift while I'm still four months out.

Can you still squat and deadlift?
