Hammer strength 4x12 slow negative SS w/ front DB raises 4x15
Light DB press 3x12 slow negative SS w/ side DB raises 3x15
Smith machine seated press drop set - 7 10lb plates x10 or til failure - pull one plate each set - 1 set
Smith machine upright rows 3x12 SS w/ seated bent over rear delt flys 3x12
Joe defrancos Shoulder shocker version 2.0 2x (YouTube it)
Hanging weighted knee-ups 3x15
Lying leg raises 3x15 SS w/ flutter kicks 3x til failure
Rope crunches 3x12 SS w/ Russian twists 3x til failure
20 mins Incline walking
Shoulder not feeling so great during this workout. Frustrating as fuck.
