The Road to 1700

Have you noticed better sleep or crazy dreams from the gh yet? I had both of those right away.

Bro I sleep great and I inject first thing in the morning. Honestly you telling me a couple weeks ago that growth helps you sleep is why I move forward.

And the dreams! I had 3 dreams in the last week that someone shaved my beard lol I don't know wtf is up with that.. it's more like a nightmare. Had some other dreams too but nothing worth explaining. Just more often and more weird.

lol, I've had similar dreams in the past where I'm shaving and accidentally take a chunk out of my beard.

It's just been crazy ones lately, not bad at all. I've had a bunch that seem like they would be bad, but they're not, if that makes sense. I've been having dreams about fighting monsters and dudes with guns. It's never scary or where I'm stuck in slow motion or anything. Kinda like badass action movies more than anything.

When I was going daytime dosing if I'd doze off on the couch even for a few minutes it seemed like I'd have a dream. I'm going into my third month now and the dreams seem less frequent or I'm just forgetting them. I sleep deeply though, it's so awesome after years of waking up constantly.

Lolol I want to fight monsters. It's not like I'm sleeping more I just feel like I'm getting deeper sleep now which is something I feel like I never get. Only at 2ius of greys so I can only imagine if I was taking sero.

lol, I watch a lot of crazy shows, I guess it gets in my subconscious.

I used to go to bed at 10-11 and wake up a half dozen times and lie there awake and finally get up a little before 6. Now I sleep like a rock, maybe get up to take a leak once and immediately fall back asleep and I wake up refreshed at 5:45. Sometimes I'm up earlier and just get up.

I started at 2iu the first month, 3iu the second and started 4iu this week. I'm going to stay at 4iu. I do every day rather than 5/2 or any of those. The sleep benefits seem about the same on any of these doses.

Me too man, I noticed I wake up less to use the bathroom. Almost like I was barely sleeping and I'd wake Up 3 or 4 times to go to the bathroom but it was just a little bit. Now I'm out cold, it's great.

When you were doing 2iu, we're you doing it every other day also? I've been doing that everyday but it's going to get a little costly.

I've been using it every day since the beginning. Seven days a week. I did one week of 5 and 2 at the beginning and decided I liked every day better.

My mistake, for some reason I read it as you were doing it every other day. Guess I'll be sticking to daily. Thanks for your input, always appreciated.

I have a pretty good idea. Last year I trained sumo deadlift seriously for the first time leading into my last meet and I often had slight hip pain. Nothing serious though. After the meet I went back to conventional for about four months and had little to no hip pain. A month ago I switched back to sumo and added barbell hip raises and very deep deficit kettlebell deadlift trying to bring up glute strength and run sumo into my next meet. I was back to the dull hip ache and then over the weekend I was crazy busy, neglected warm-ups and stretches and did a ton of standing along with training normally. Tuesday my hip was hurting badly at work and when I hit the gym after I posted through the pain on 6x4 squats and I ended up tapping out later in the workout because it was excruciating.

What do you think? Overuse on the hips when they weren't used to it? I'm planning on dropping the hip raises and kettlebell deadlift and maybe switching back to conventional deadlift while I'm still four months out.

Can you still squat and deadlift?
I squat light now but deads are ok. Slowly getting back to weight.
For you, obviously just through a forum it's impossible to give you a real definite answer, I'd look into FAI. That wider hip opening can lead to femoroacetabular impingement. You can usually tell it is if you feel pain when you raise your knee and you feel it pinch or hurt when you get to about parallel to the ground. Banded pigeon stretch is great for that. Kelly strout has some good videos on YouTube actually about FAI. But again I have no idea that's what it is without more info. Feel free to message me though if you want. I don't want to take over this awesome thread

Not squatting for a month is only acceptable under 2 conditions, you have a muscle that is no longer attached to the ligaments in the lower half of your body or your spinal colum is compromised due to fracture.... All other reasons are excuses and we don't take those around these parts :p

I just cut back to once a week for comp lifts for awhile after a meet. I'll still do other variations other days though. I wouldn't even attempt going to some type of split because I'd hate it too much.

I like the way you think brother! Back squatting heavy I'm definitely not doing lol but I'll do some other variations.

Exactly man I feel the same way. I definitely need a short break from doing the main lifts but I still need to scratch that itch ya know.

@Seven Dog @Perrin Aybara so I got my peps quick.. I should've read up on dosages before I ordered because I didn't get enough tb500. Anyway, the tb500 is 5mg so I'll be splitting the vials between Monday and Thursday.

The bpc is 5mg also but the protocol seems to be 2x per day at 200mcg. Am I really getting 25 injections from each vial? I just want to make sure I don't fuck this up, just seems like a lot of shots out of a tiny vial.

That's correct. I put 2.5ml of bac water in my BPC-157 so each 1/10 of a 1ml pin is 200mcg. There should be profiles of both of those on this forum in the steroid profile section that include dosing.

Seems like you're supposed to run the TB-500 2-2.5mg 2x a week for like 4-8 weeks and then you can run a smaller maintenance dose. Seven could tell you more as I've never ran it.

Thanks brother. I just read his thread with Mel and it seems like everyone got some results but nothing miraculous. I'm hoping with stacking both of them with growth and leaving my ego at the door on pressing days does the trick.

Yeah that was quick. What was it 2 days? The TB I used were 2mg vials. 2mg on Monday and 2mg on Thursday I went 7 weeks.

So you're gonna mix 1ml of bac water and do 1/2ml on Monday's (2.5mg) and Thursday's (2.5mg)? How many do you have?

If you have any inflammation problems you will feel a relief in about 10 days or so. 4 weeks is probably long enough, depending on how bad your shoulder is. Have you had a MRI?

I hope they work for you.

Yes 2.5 Monday Thursday. And yeah 3 days it was quick. I haven't had an mri, I fucking hate doctors hospitals all that shit. Pretty sure I herniated a disc July 2014 and by stretching, rolling out, switching form/stance up and being careful I'm about 90% pain free. Sciatica is completely gone too.

I've been self medicating my whole life lol. Going to give these 2 peps and the growth a chance along with proper training. If I go to the Dr for my back or shoulder they'll tell me 1. Stop powerlifting 2. Get surgery 3. Here take these every four hours. Fuckkkk all that.

My shoulder pain is weird it only happens during pressing movements. Nothing else. No constant pain. Squatting and pulling is fine.
