hey everybody. Here is me coming off my first cycle( at 210) and then this is me currently.(187) I don't have a lot of pictures of when I was heavier , although I would like some opinions. My goal is the famous physique body style. Although I have a long way to go.. I would gladly like your feedback and training and dieting tips (which I honest don't know jack about) but I'm learning and doing my research aswell. My current training is mainly 6 days a week with 15-30 mins of cardio usually before a workout or after. My style of training is similar to HITT. I usually try to go heavy but controlled with any many reps as possible. And I always do s failure set for atleast 1 exercise .
