hey everybody. Here is me coming off my first cycle( at 210) and then this is me currently.(187) I don't have a lot of pictures of when I was heavier , although I would like some opinions. My goal is the famous physique body style. Although I have a long way to go.. I would gladly like your feedback and training and dieting tips (which I honest don't know jack about) but I'm learning and doing my research aswell. My current training is mainly 6 days a week with 15-30 mins of cardio usually before a workout or after. My style of training is similar to HITT. I usually try to go heavy but controlled with any many reps as possible. And I always do s failure set for atleast 1 exercise .

I lost 23 lbs after I got off yes. Although I finished my cycle when my son was born. He happened to be born with a rare heart problem which caused a lot of stress, sleepless nights , poor diets, and gymless weeks. Lol but now he's doing good and I'm ready to get back.

If you lost 23 lbs after cycle then you gained a lot of water. As seen in your 187lb pic you still are very smooth and prob are still holding water, a little. However maybe you just haven't gained enough LMM

I'm 26.. 5"11 and right now 189. I've been training for 2 and half years.. I know not enough time really to jump on cycle, but I did.. I didn't know enough then, only what my friends told me.. And yes I am still holding water. I would like to bulk up to around 220 and then cut
