The transformation thread

Back in 2010-2012. 6-8 Months training to about 18-22 months training. I was 20 years old on the left and 22 on the right. After that I wasted several years maintaining and obviously losing some muscle as I didn't use gear for 4-5 years. Last Nov 2020 decided to get into competing again in 2023 (Now 29 Years old). My life is much more stable now and my wife is happy with it. Current goal is spend the next 6-8 years adding muscle and achieve good placing within 212 categories (5,4 inch). Let's see how it goes.

Figured I’d throw this up… In the middle of my first legitimate cycle right now. Weighing in at 240 today. The first picture was 245 in 2017.

-Can’t lie, after losing a shit ton of weight, I’m not comfortable with shirtless front pics yet. Even tho my chest is a decent size, the skin sucks.
